I don'r know a lot about theese codes but what I do know it they can help proect your site from most people stealing what you made. Now you may be asking how does some one steal. There are many ways. Here are some. View Source (how you do this is your right click on the website and go down to view source on a drop menu. And when you did so you are able to view all the html and copy and paste where ever you want. The 2nd biggest type of website steal is stealing the image. There are two ways to do so. Hot Link (where you right click and go to properties and you steal the url.
