STUFFED MUSHROOMS

For Food Magazines the food is usually raw so that it looks better but this is real food for real people to make at home

 

Takes some chopped ham and breakfast sausage and cook them. Let them simmer in your favorite green chili.
Take six large button mushrooms. Blanch them in boiling water for about 30 to 45 seconds, then spoon in your fillings and top with small blocks of jack cheese and bake at 350 until cheese in melted. Season the top with lite salt and pepper and your done.

Other stuffing's could be ham or prociutto and Swiss cheese.

Diced tomatoes, marinated in oil. Seasoned with salt and pepper and orgenano and cooked with a small amount of white wine in your pan and a few bay leave.

you can also use crab meat sauteed with bachoy and sesame oil and top with sesame seeds ...its all up to you
