


First cook off your noodles. ( Most people don't realize then in a pinch top romen can double for Chinese noodles.) Get your wok ready and add your oil let it get hot. Toss in some garlic and your vegetables and let them begin to cook. After about a few minutes toss in your crab and season. Drop in a small splash of soy sauce and stir. When the crab meat is warm remove the crab and vegetables add your eggs and scramble them. Once those are cooked toss in your noodles and your crab veggie mixture. A few more tosses and serve. First lay out a large enough piece of plastic wrap to lay out on. Enough mind you to fold over your breasts. Place your chicken on the plastic season well on both sides and cover it up. Pound the meat thin but becareful not to over pound. Wrap your chicken and place in the fridge to marinate like a dry rub. Once your ready to cook your meat, sear it in a hot pan.
