Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Elbow Macaroni

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Shredded Jack Cheese

Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Milk

4 to 6 eggs

Butter

Essence

There are a lot of people who would have you make a béchamel sauce but it doesn’t need to be all that complicated. Just take your milk and whisk it with your eggs then toss your pasta with it and mix in lots of cheese. I like to use three of four different kinds to add more depth to the flavor. Place it in a coated or greased pan and sprinkle with paprika or essence and baked until the cheese is golden brown.
