This is my house in Side (Turkey). As you can see it's a three story building overlooking a huge well-maintained swimming pool.
Situated: 10 minutes stroll from beach. Dolmus stop to old town at 5 minutes. 20 minutes drive from the Belek golf course.
Rent:
Low Season (November through to end of March): £200 per week.
Medium Season (1st. April to 30th. June and 1st. September to 31st. October): £250 per week.
High Season (1st. July to 31st. August): £300 per week.
Extended lets of more than two weeks:
Low - £125 per week.
Medium - £200 pounds per week.
High - £250 per week.
The spacious living room with fire place. 
The fully equipped kitchen contains a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a microwave and a conventional oven with extractor hood.
On the first floor you'll find the master bedroom and a guest room with two single beds (see album). Alle bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The bathroom with second toilet (there is also a toilet on the ground flour) and shower cabin.
On the air-conditioned top floor two double settee-beds and two single settee-beds will provide ample sleeping space. Views of mountains to the rear and sea and swimming pool to the front.
