Haul-In and Enjoy the Facility
MYHIO HAVEN HORSE FARM’S Haul-In fee is $25/horse for all day access to the facility including Indoor Ring, Cross-Country Course, full course of Stadium Jumps, Trails and Fields, and Turkey Creek. The haul-in fee is reduced to $10/horse for horses coming in for lessons, and the haul-in is waived for special events, such as horse shows and clinics (there is a $25 non-showing fee for horses hauling on these days but not participating in the special events).
Cross Country Course
The natural beauty of the Cross-Country Course stands out as a prominent feature of the Farm's landscape. The course consists of 18 jumps spread over 2 acres shaded by majestic old trees. The obstacles range in size from 6” to 2’9” high and 4’ wide. The course now ranges in difficulty from Starter to Novice Level in eventing, and we are expanding the course in the fields across the creek this winter, adding jumps up to Training Level (3'3").
The course is not only fun for Eventers and Jumpers, but is also a useful training tool for teaching horses to walk over fallen logs or negotiate obstacles on the trail. It is also great for starting green horses over jumps.
Full Course of Stadium Jumps
Train over a show jumping course of 8 or more jumps -- featuring painted standards and poles, boxes, flowerboxes, brushboxes, coup, barrels, barn jump, house jump, culvert wall, duckies, cut-outs, liverpool, and roll-top jumps.
