Mission Statement:

Our mission at Myers Pedal Tractor Pulls is to provide a fun, competitive, and character building experience for all children who can participate, and a family strengthening moment aimed at what is best in and for children.

**********************************************

Vision for the Future:

Our nation:                 Every State creates an Association and joins the National Association so their children can truly claim to have earned national honors.

Our region:                 Every child that puts forth an honest and noble effort gets the same in return by having the opportunity to pedal pull with qualified sanctioned professional pullers.

Our Counties:            Every county has events that are professional quality pulls and sanctioned for state competition.

Our Goals as a Family Business:  First to bring this value laden family entertainment to as many areas of Northwest Missouri, Southwest Iowa, and eastern Nebraska as possible. Second to lay out a comfortable schedule with one per month in the winter as well as a comfortable weekly schedule in the summer. We are not looking for huge numbers of pulls so when we get to a certain point that will be it and the only adjustments will be to make it an efficient schedule. To create a customer base that appreciates the high quality we bring. The quality that can be found at state and national pulls. To demonstrate our committment to State and National audiences.

Professional pulls are fun. Pulls run with faulty equipment and inconsistant rules are not fun for anyone. Set fair rules, as the state has, and teach values. Kids think that is fun. No arguments, no disrespect, and good family entertainment. Don't punish kids find a professional with equipment at least as good as ours. Celebrate children and families with quality entertainment.

We are based in Lenox Iowa 50851.

We are proud that every pull is

for ages 4-12, no fewer than 2 boys

and 2 girls are qualified in each of the

9 age divisions, and that we give ribbons

to every participant, and ribbons to

 every qualifier.

What do others say?

As Stated in the Nemaha County Herald online:

Wow that was a great 4th of July celebration in Brownville. High numbers and interest seemed to flow through the day. A truly great family experience and a must see for families with children as the true meaning of the fourth is intermixed with fun activities. No community works harder to share and give to others the rich historic heritage of their community. The addition of a pedal tractor pull was warmly received as Myers Pedal Tractor Pulls put on a show not to be matched by others working the area. 4-12 year old children from 8 states participated and a 10 year old Auburn girl and a past National pedal pull qualifier from Lenox IA locked up in a battle of titans involving 4 pulls each that had the crowd drained from the cheering. Truly this has become the 4th of July Mecca for Pedal Pullers. Small Brownville with giant heart now does even more for children. With high gas prices it might be good to plan a short visit to Brownville next year. Results of the pull can be found at http://www.myerspedaltractorpulls.net/

One Sponsor Said: What a MARVELOUS event the tractor pull provided!  It was really a highlight, wasn't it.   People are still talking about it.

Another Sponsor in another location said: We thought the event was a huge success and we heard many good comments.  Thank-you so much!!!!   I'm glad to hear that some of the neighboring towns are interested, we will sure encourage them to hire you.  It was all very professionally done!

"So many awards, every youngster felt special, and I feel like we just had first line main event. The humor was appropriate and the kids really had a great time."

"Thank you for all the efforts for kids. We never feel it is just a job to get done. Thanks again"

"We had choices in our region and we decided on the Myers. Right choice, right people, right level of entertainment. Certainly more than just a children's event. We may build an evening around the show. Thank you."

"We need to have these folks around more often - you just feel good when its over. There are other great pullers in the Midwest, yet you just know their the ones you want back."

Thanks for all the kind words - we are working hard and loving it.

Check out our guestbook.

Are you interested in starting your own Pulling business/hobby?

We can set you up with equipment builders or we may have some for sale at the end of the season this year. Check with us and we will talk you through the start. If you like working with kids more than your own personal concerns then lets talk. We believe your number one concern must be the good of the kids you serve with the help of sponsors. If you are in our area and are interested in helping us run some pulls drop us an email. This is how we started - by helping others till we felt we were ready to do our very best for kids.

For Sale two tractors, two sleds, weights, and small trailer. Perfect starter set. Quit chasing the pulls and start running them. Have been used to run pulls in Missouri for a number years including the State Pedal Pull. Honestly love to keep the set, but need to sell right now available in September. Yes the two have covered the 4-12 age groups.
