Spinal Research in conjunction with www.knobblies.org (a big trail bike club) organised a day trip to Le Touquet in France.

We took 103 bikes via the Eurotunnel in Folkestone to Calais and then on various routes to Le Touquet.

Together we must have ridden more than 10,000 miles!
