It rained most of the morning riding to Ripley, but fortunately the sun came out in time to put up our tents. The campsite got pretty crowded, pretty quickly!

The weather was kind to us on Friday and we explored some great off-road tracks.

We even got to meet some of the locals!

Some of the trails got pretty difficult. Lose momentum going uphill and the innevitable happens (it's not me). We had to turn around and come back down this track.

No problems for Simon, me or Martin .... but Tim's F650GS needed a little encouragement.

The weather was not so good on Saturday, but it gave us a chance to attend some interesting presentations on subjects ranging from Round The World trips, efficient packing, GPS use and even cooking Roadkill !
