Stickhandling is a very important aspect to every players game. Repitition is key. The longer you practice the better you will get. Try some of these drills at home to improve your stick skills.

Alex kovalev is hands down the best stick handler in the NHL. His magnificent puck work helps him get around opposing defensemen with ease. He has extremely quick hands which can be developed by strength training. 

 

Use a smart hockey ball while doing your off ice training. The smart hockey ball is the only ball that mimics the height-weight-bounce- and slide of an ice hockey puck.
