" On The Record" is a new feature on the MVblues site. From time to time Black Hat Ron will interview interesting people in the Mahoning Valley and use this space to keep members up dated on the efforts of the MVBGlues Society.
Dear friends, Well we finally got a domain name that we can remember, www.mvblues.org.
. We also have defined the direction that this society will take. The Blues are dear to me. I never realized ,until I started this project, what the Blues were all about. It was just cool music. Well I discovered that the BLUES is much more. The history of the blues and its roots are representitive of the toil and sacrifices all Americans have made to get us to where we are in this great country.
Where this nation goes is now dependent on where our children and grandchildren take it. The kids need all the information and understanding we can give them. Please read the information on this site and see if you do not agree that our children can benifit from this information. Not just the Bues History but what the Harmonica programs and the Psycholigy behind it can do for a child is awsome. Please for the kids sake take a interest in this society and become a part of it..
