Eri's known to be the weird one of the group having strange likings for things like small tight spaces and tastes for strange foods. For the most part of her beginning with Morning Musume, Eri was the quiet, shy, weird type of member. But that has changed around early 2004 when she got her big break playing the role of field reporter Elizabeth Kyamei for HPH news on the Hello!Morning show. Since then she has been taking on more skit roles and made several show/public appearances, making her the 6th gen member (out of the younger 3) with the most TV screentime. She currently plays a salesman Eric Kamezou on a new segment on Hello!Morning. Aside from her weird behavior, Eri is also known for her worst talent in drawing. She is often seen with fellow 6th gen member Sayumi Michishige, who, ironically, Eri thinks is the weird one. Nowadays Eri is more open and cheerful looking, revealing a sweet and funny personality. |
