MUGEN is a game engine. It allows you to download characters and stages from the internet. It is not a ROM, nor is it illegal, as long as it is not sold. To quote legendary character/stage creator Kung Fu Man, "There is no magical Game2M.U.G.E.N. program. We make this crap ourselves." Respect the creators. This is NOT a warehouse. It is simply a directory. It will showcase every character on my roster. If a character has no link next to it, it means that it is no longer online and you must request it either from me or on a M.U.G.E.N. forum.
If you see a character in the teams section that isn't in the hosted characters section or database, feel free to ask me for it. Due to the fact that my database is incomplete, the creation may still be online, in which case I will point you in the direction of said website. But please, no more than five requests per email.

I DIDN'T CREATE ANY OF THE CHARACTERS HOSTED ON THIS WEBSITE, I JUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE ORIGINAL AUTHORS TO HOST THEM. 2. DON'T ASK ME HOW TO CREATE MUGEN CHARACTERS. IT'S A LONG, THANKLESS PROCESS THAT MOST OF YOU WON'T WANT TO GO THROUGH, NOT TO MENTION I'M STILL LEARNING HOW. 3. FOR GOD'S SAKE, DON'T ASK ME TO CREATE A SPECIFIC CHARACTER UNLESS YOU ARE A VERY, VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE IN REAL LIFE. IF IT'S A CHARACTER FROM SOME ANME THAT IS OBSCURE IN THE UNITED STATES, I WON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. EVEN IF I HAVE HEARD OF IT, I WON'T MAKE IT UNLESS I FIND IT INTERESTING. I'M NOT GOING TO WORK FOR SEVERAL MONTHS TO CREATE A CHARACTER THAT I'LL JUST LET ROT ON MY SELECT SCREEN. SORRY IF I SOUND LIKE AN ASS, BUT THESE THINGS HAVE REALLY BEEN PISSING ME OFF.
