I believe that women need to speak up about their births and be able to have a natural birth as possible.

I can provide you with how to get the neccessary information to educate yourself on the interventions used during labor and delivery. I am not a certified childbirth educator, so I can not educate you, but guide you to educate yourself.

I can assist you in writing your birth preferences to let your health providers know what you would like best at your birth.
