I was a Vocal Music Education major for four years and have experience in all genres of vocal music, as well as advanced music theory and sight singing/ear training (see the Repertoire and Education page). I am also licensed to teach through Kindermusik International.
My goal as a music educator is to help students grow their love of music through diverse teaching styles, music genres, and personal tastes. As a modern music teacher, I am always looking to incorporate classical and contemporary styles into my lessons - in other words, whether you're goal is to be a rock star or an opera singer, I will shape the lessons around what you look to accomplish as a musician.
