ALL applications must have a a min. $30 non refundable deposit paid at the time the application is submitted or the application will not be processed and your spot will not be secured. Please be prepared to pay at least the $30 deposit when you submit your application. Balances due may be paid at anytime. Any balances left unpaid as of pageant day must be paid in "CASH ONLY" at check in...NO CHECKS will be excepted for entry fees.

DEPOSITS AND ENTRY FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! In the event that you are unable to compete, your fees paid will be considered a donation to the American Cancer Society.

I agree to comply with all terms, rules and regulations established by The Muscogee County Relay for Life Pageant. I understand the directors have the right to make any necessary changes to the competition due to lack of contestant participation. I will not hold the directors, or anyone affiliated with the Relay for Life Pageant, Relay for Life, The American Cancer Society, or the pageant venue, responsible for theft, damages or loss to personal property, or any accidents or injury incurred traveling to, during, or leaving competition or any future Relay for Life events.

There will be no refunds given for ANY reason other than pageant cancellation. Proper notice will be given if this should occur. In the event you are unable to compete, any deposits or payments made will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

All judges' decisions are final. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. Any contestant, parent(s), other family members and/or friends causing any inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave, and the contestant will be disqualified from the competition and any awards, prizes and/or titles will be forfeited. Your entry or the entry of your child into this pageant is an agreement to these terms and conditions.
