Hi my name is Sandra Clark,my daughter(Christina) and I are Hobby breeders of Shih-Tzu,and Yorkshire Terriers,and we live in the beautiful province of NB Canada.We occassionally have Papillons,and yes we have Designer Puppies: Morkies,Mal-Tzus and now Shorkies and Paptese available occasionally,we love small breed dogs and all are my pets.There are many individuals that register their pups and have large price tags that come with it,we do not register therefore prices are alot lower .I choose for my pups not to be "registered"as I do not support The gov. funded agency by registering my litters with them, though most of my adults are.Registration papers does not guarentee the health of your pup nor its family tree the "Reg.papers" ONLY guarentees a higher price for the pup,so by not registering my litters most individuals wishing a healthy happy pup can afford to do so.My pups are dewormed at 2/4 and 6 weeks and have their 1st needle.Please read my Purchase agreement on this site for more info.

NOTE: e-mails are usually answered after 9pm during the week(as I work Mon -Thur),so if it seems a little slow getting a reply back,this is why  :),We  raise pets for individuals that can adhere to the purchase agreement," Puppies are born in our home and are socialized by all of us,handled and talked to daily and are never kenneled,the pups are home raised bundles of unconditional love.

Breed Description
Papillons are white with markings of any color. However, the most distinctive aspect of the Papillon is its large ears, which are well fringed with colored (not white) silky hair. The color must always cover both eyes and the front and back of the ears to give the proper butterfly look. A white blaze and noseband on the face are preferred.

There are two ear variations of this breed, the completely upright ears of the more common Papillon, and the dropped spaniel-like ears of the Phalène. The AKC considers the Phalène and the Papillon the same breed. Countries whose breed clubs follow the FCI standard consider Papillons and Phalènes two separate breeds.

The Papillon has an abundant, flowing coat, short on the head but with a profuse frill on the chest. The Papillon has no undercoat. The tail is a plume of long hair. The head is slightly rounded between the ears, and the muzzle is fine, tapering, and narrower than the skull with an abrupt stop.

The ideal size varies slightly among different organizations' breed standards, but it generally ranges from 8 inches (20 cm) to 11 inches (28 cm) at the withers.
History
The Papillon originated in Spain and was perfected by the French and was a favorite at the French court. The most famous owner was Henry III; documentation of his devotion to the breed lies in his declaration of the Papillon as the official dog of the Royal Court during his tenure. Other famous owners are said to have been Marie Antoinette, and Madame de Pompadour.

There is evidence that these small dogs were favorites of European aristocrats, particularly French royalty, during the time of the Old Masters, as Continental Toy Spaniels (Phalènes and Papillons) were included in many Old Master royal portraits from as early as the sixteenth century.

If at any point after buyer makes deposit and or down payment and buyer decides at any time before taking ownership he/she does not want pup,the initial deposit of $100. is non-refundable. or Contract covers M/F Morkie /Shorkie/Papillon/Shih-Tzu,.if at any point before transfering ownership to buyer,buyer does not want pup,the initial deposit of $100 is non-refundable **Failure to have the initial vet check done within two days or to notify breeder of illness or poor eating before the initial exam will void this warranty Date of Birth_________Date of Sale____________Date of Delivery._____ sale/shipping All puppies are sold as pet quality, there are no guarantees, expressed or implied, as to adult size of puppy, show potential, temperament, or breeding soundness. 2.   The puppy has been wormed prior to sale and has had its first vaccinations for , parvovirus, distemper, adenovirus, and parainfluenza.  Record of vaccinations given will be sent with the puppy. .,.Buyer is to arrange a puppy check up by a qualified vet within 2 days of receiving puppy (not including Sundays)  During this initial exam, should your veterinarian  detect any communicable disease or a life threatening health condition, you must contact breeder immediately.  In the event your vet diagnosis a communicable disease or life threatening genetic defect at this initial exam, you must return the puppy to  breeder within two days of the exam with the veterinary report of the diagnosis.If buyer chooses not to return pup then he or she is accepting pup "as is" and this guarentee/purchase contract is null and void. If returning pup the buyer is responsible for returning the puppy, and all papers , Shot record) to breeder in Florenceville If puppy was shipped to buyer then buyer assumes all shipping costs .  In case of death of the puppy before the initial exam, the buyer must submit a veterinarian’s necropsy report (PEI) as to the cause of death and  death must be entirely due to a communicable disease or congenital defect.  Breeder shall be notified immediately in the event that the puppy has an illness, or does not eat well before the initial vet exam.  Failure to have the initial vet check done within two days or to notify breeder of illness or poor eating before the initial exam will void this warranty.Breeder shall NOT reimburse any veterinary expenses or other expenses incurred by the buyer at any time.  Breeder’s warranty is limited to a replacement puppy, upon the immediate return (within 2 days of vet exam) of the puppy (uninjured and unharmed), its contract papers,  and a written veterinarian’s statement that includes the complete diagnosis of  the communicable disease or congenital life threatening defect that makes the puppy  unfit.  Not covered-- internal or external parasites, hernia, undescended testicles, under or overbite, injury, allergies, heat exhaustion, or hypoglycemia.  Hypoglycemia is preventable with good care and feeding. If your puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening congenital defect making him/her unsuitable as a pet before 1 year from date of birth, it will be replaced with another puppy.  If your puppy is found to have any life threatening genetic defect you must notify us immediately and supply us, within 2 days of diagnosis,  with your veterinarian’s written report. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice or/and to require the buyer to have specific tests run on the puppy to verify the diagnosis before exchange.  When the puppy is replaced it will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as available, after the Puppy  and all papers have been returned to breeder in Florenceville. Buyer is responsible for all transportation of puppies.  Puppy must not be euthanized without prior written approval from the breeder or this guarantee is void.  Buyer understands that the following slight defects are not considered life threatening and therefore are not covered--hernias, undescended testicle, under or over bites.  Because luxating patellas and collapsing trachea /backs ,hips can be caused by injury, they are not covered after vet’s initial exam. . Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems life threatening and are attributed solely to a hereditary problem and are not due to accident or injury. Communicable diseases are not covered after your veterinarian’s initial exam.  Failure to follow the veterinarians recommended medical advice and/or treatment will void this warranty. BUYER AGREES: 1.  This puppy is not being bought for resale and shall be maintained and kept under the personal control of the buyer This puppy shall be given adequate housing, food, vet care, and shall in no manner be mistreated, neglected, or allowed to roam freely. This puppy is to be kept as a house dog. This puppy is sold as pet quality, warranty is void if dog has been bred. 2  Puppy is being sold with NON BREEDING RIGHTS as a pet. 3.  If circumstances become so that the buyer cannot keep this dog, buyer promises not to discard the dog at any shelter, humane society, or rescue group, and to make every effort to place the dog in another suitable home.
