Muang Kulaypan Hotel

The Muang Kulaypan Hotel is one of the unique "Design Hotels of the World" established in Koh Samui since more than a decade. Don't  expect a classic resort, this is more like an experience. Maybe you might be a bit shocked at first, then you will discover a certain feel of freedom with is due to the delicate minimalism of the concept. The very large garden feature very high palm trees, probably the oldest on the island, and a great feeling of open space which is unique in Chaweng. The Black pool is always very tempting and as the sky reflects is its water in the evening, you will certainly appreciate a drink at the bar next to it. Muang Kulaypan most special feature is probably the proximity to the whaite sandy beach, but also my favourite moment of the day is to have breakfast in one of the wooden Salas by the beach front. Holiday takes a new dimension and time seems to stop. I can stay there for hours with a good book, drinking offee or tea and watching the reef and the quiet waters of the lagoon!
