Ms. Neverland's Pixie Hollow

Tinker Bell is now coming to the silver screen in her own animated feature film, Tinker Bell. Set in the very secret fairy world of Pixie Hollow, Tink (who has never been voiced in any other film) will be voiced by actress/singer Brittany Murphy. Her fairy friends, part of the new Disney Fairies franchise, will also be voiced by other Hollywood actresses. Kristen Chenoweth is slated to voice Rosetta, while Silvermist, Fawn, and Iridessa have not yet announced who will voice them. Anjelica Huston will provide the voice of Queen Clarion, and Wendy Darling will also make an appearance, voiced by America Young. The film is now in post-production and has been set for a Fall 2008 release.

June 4, 2008 update: Brittany Murphy will no longer be voicing Tinker Bell, and actress Mae Whitman has taken up the role of our favourite fairy. The film is still said to be in production. Iridessa will be voiced by Raven-Symone, and Jesse McCartney will provide the voice of Terence, Tinker Bell's love interest.
