Ms. Jayme Lost It!!

Greetings weary dieters!

Welcome to my little corner of cyberspace.  For those of you who stumbled here by accident, let me introduce myself.  My name is Jayme (often known as MsJayme online), I'm 27, female, married, gainfully employed, and a Weight Watchers success story.

I'm just an ordinary fat girl who turned her life around one day at a time.  I don't have an advanced degree in nutrition, I have never hired a personal trainer, and I didn't have gastric bypass surgery.  But I have lost over 135 pounds, and learned a lot about myself along the way.

I strongly believe that we all have the power to bring change to our lives.  The cliche holds true: if I can do it, anyone can!

Food For Thought

"Life is a process of becoming, a combination of states we have to go through. Where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it. This is a kind of death."

- Anais Nin

Site Update - September 29, 2007

Do not adjust your dial (anyone remember TVs with dials?), the website IS screwy.  Since dumping my domain name, none of my linked pages seems to work out of the Freewebs address.  Hoping to have this fixed soon.

As previously reported, Glamour magazine is running my weight loss story in some of its international markets - on newsstands today in South Africa!

And the little one is still kicking - literally!  25 weeks down, 15 to go!  I'm pretty sure the kid will be ready to join me in cardio kickboxing class right out of the womb.
