	Welcom to xXRIPXx website. We are curently in need of new members that would like to make extesions of xXRIPXx Guild. These members will be the master of a guild that is is an "extension" of the orgional xXRIPXx Guild (ex. xxXRIPXxx). If tou are interested pleas post a join application in our forums. Thnx, xXRIPXx Staff We are also just looking for regular members to join(post a join APP. in forum) We especialy need more I/L wizards (lv.35+), P/F wizards(lv.35+), worriors (lv.55+), and Theifs(lv.40+) There is a fee involved beacaus our Guild does not have a emblem/symbol (5mil). When you pay your fee it will be soley used for the good of the Guild (emblems, ect...) (more info in rules and Forums) Cash Goal... we are curently in need of 5mil mesos for a symbol/emblem 0 m/5,000,000 m

	Lunar New Year Envelope... If you happen to find one of these red envelopes we pleas ask you after you have givin it to mr. moneybags pleas donate half of your winnings to the Guild (does not apply if you recive under 500K) Remeber the mesos you donate will bring you rank up and also help the Guild(they will not be for personal useage by me or any other member)

	1) stay loyal to xXRIPXx and we will do the same back. 2) If you preform an act that I or the staff deems irresponsible and illegit you will be punished. PUNISHMENTS are as following... a)If a "major missconduct" occurs you are inocent untill proven guilty(not all cases). b)minor-You will be warned of your "missconduct" actions and deranked 1 rank. c)major-You will be deranked to lowest rank or asked to leav the Guild at once and or Expel you. d)appeal- you have the right to appeal and give your side of the story. e)imdiate expel- if you are cought by a Master/Overloard of one of the Guild they have the right to imdiatly expel you if they belive you are a dirct threat to the clan. 3)DO NOT USE HACKS, CHEATS, or SCAM! (P=a/e) 4)Pleas stay active in forums and participate in events you you may be expelled 5)Pleas give donations of mesos or valuble items so we can maitain the clan (in the future we may inply a monthly fee of mesos) 6)Fee for joining xXRIPXx a)100k mesos b)Item valued over 1mil mesos 7)If you chose to leav a xXRIPXx Guild you will not be allowed back in (P=d) 8)Ranks are givin by doing aceptional things for the Guild... a)donate over 500k = 1 rank (untill member then 1mil to reach staff) b)donate item valued over 1mil = 1 rank (untill staff 2mil item) c)do aceptionaly well in events = 1+ ranks 9)... 10)...
