I've been putting off editing the site for quite some time, as I really didn't want to change the design, graphics or the name of the page. But let's face it - I've returned to the States and it's time to move this webpage along. I will still keep all the link to the Argentina stuff up on the links bar, so if you come here looking for it, you can still find it.

Yesterday I got in about 8:30am into the Houston Airport. I got home to Victoria late last night. I woke up today sick, so I suppose I am just allergic to Texas, and need to return to Argentina. Who knows, but it's nice to back, however, I would have rather stayed in Argentina longer. I have been greeting everybody in Spanish here as it is a natural reaction for me, to reply in Spanish language. these are my reaction phrases(in English):

There may be more, I am just not as aware of them. I ordered a Subway today an when asked what I wanted on it, I pointed to each item saying it in Spanish, after I got a stupid look from the guy and realized my mistake, I apologized (in Spanish) then apologized in English again, and then repeated my order....ah Argentina...

Had a friend on my bodega tour tell me yesterday not to go to Iguazu because there was a yellow fever outbreak going on. I confirmed it with the CDC, and was told it is okay to go there if I have had the vaccination and have had it at least 10 days in advance. So my plans to go there might change, stay tuned on my blog to find out what I am doing!

This is my next to last weekend here in Argentina. This is a very full weekend full of things for me to do, as it is my last one in Mendoza...at least for now.

This past weekend I went to Córdoba with a few friends. We had an interesting time. I say interesting because, since Sunday was Father´s Day and Monday was a national holiday (flag day), most stores and shops were closed, which proved inconvenient to do a whole lot during those days. If I had the chance I´d go back but with a different schedule and hopefully not on a holiday.
The picture link on the website has changed. it now goes to a collection of photos rather than just one album. I am always updating my blog, videos and pictures. The pictures are password protected, to get this password, please e-mail me. I do not post it here due to safety reasons. If you do not know my email, it is a gmail account with msbaylor before the "@" sign. (I wrote it that way to keep from spammers getting my e-mail.)
I have also added a better calendar and it also reflects what I m doing in Argentina. There is a link to it, to the left.

I got a iPhone about a week ago. I kept it in its OTB state for the past week, and I was  dissatisfied with what it produced. If you are not a big person for technology, then you'll love this phone, if you a tech geek (like me), you might have a different opinion about it - Jailbreak it.

Jailbreaking:
"When you want to add ringtones, change wallpaper, or run third-party applications on your iPhone, you need to perform a task called "jailbreaking". What this does is to open up your iPhone's file system so it can be accessed from your computer. There are a number of tools available to jailbreak."

I sync my iPhone to my PC, so I used iLiberty, worked great! Whatever you do don't use ZiPhone!

I have been updating my blog more so than this website, so if you want to see more of what I am doing day-to-day, take a look at my blog. As for my projects and and classes, they will stay on this webpage. I am planning on doing the Statesman Capital 10k at the end on March (30th).

I have finished (the beginning) of my new photo website which can be found here (the photos correlate with this site. To see the other photos go here). I have updated a lot of the pages, including my new classes for the fall semester . I also deleted a few pages, like the About me page, if you know me, you don't need the page anyway...ther's always facebook for that...
I am working on finding an easier way to do blog and importing a calender here. My blog is hosted by blogger, and can be found here. It it easier for me to access blogger than using this site.
