1. Open Internet Explorer (even if you normally use the AOL or MSN browser).
2. Click Tools on the IE toolbar.
3. Select Internet Options.
4. Select Internet Options.
5. In the middle of the Internet Options window, click the 'Settings' button in the Browsing History section.
6. Click on View Files.
7. Click on Edit>Select All>File>Delete.
8. Click Yes to delete the cookies.
9. I usually reboot after this point.
Clearing Java Cache
1. Click the following things in order: Start -> Control Panel -> Java -> 'General' tab.
2. Click the Delete Files button located in the Temporary Internet Files section.
3. Make sure all three boxes are selected, and click OK.
This should probably be done whenever you encounter a problem with the way a game is functioning. Restarting your computer after doing so can also help the performance of the game.
If Your Game Runs Slow
If you are having performance problems (especially with Squelchies and the "Win" balloons in PopFu) on a Windows computer, try adjusting the Hardware Acceleration setting for your display driver. Here's how to do that:
1. Right click on your desktop, and select "Properties"
2. Select the "Settings" tab
3. Click on the "Advanced" button
4. Select the "Troubleshoot" tab in the box that appears
5. Turn the "Hardware acceleration" slider down (to the left) one notch.
6. Click OK
Now try playing again.
