Wet Palms is a series of American gay pornographic films produced in a collaboration between Jet Set Productions and the NakedSword website, directed by Matthew Moore.

Innovative both artistically and in its online marketing strategy, the series told an episodic story in hour-long installments. Each episode was first released as streaming video online, then released on DVD months later. The series was a return to the high-end, story-based pornography that had seemed like an economic impossibility since video replaced flim as pornography's primary medium at the beginning of the 1980s.

Premiering online in September of 2004, season one of Wet Palms consisted of nine episodes. The storyline, matching the slogan "Low Rent. Now you can rent Adult DVDs in the UK, from the comfort of your own home and
delivered to your door. High drama. " was patterned after nighttime soap operas such as Melrose Place, with absurdly exaggerated melodrama and catty, witty dialogue.

Season one of Wet Palms was a critical and financial success. Writers Jack Shamama and Michael Stabile won the 2005 GayVN Awards for Best Comedy and Best Screenplay, and the series dominated the rental charts for gay pornography for much of that year.

For the DVD release of episodes 7-9, the producers took advantage of DVD functionality to offer viewers a choice between the original version of the episodes, in which the sex was subordinate to the storyline, and "alternate edits" in which extended sex scenes dominated.
