We guarantee that your puppy will be in good health when you receive him. All puppies will undergo an extensive health exam at ,8 weeks and again at the time of shipping if your puppy is flying to you. We do everything within our power to breed healthy litters of puppies. This does not mean we can guarantee a puppy that will never develop health issues of any kind. There are many random health issues that strike dogs, just like people, and are not genetic in nature. We do our best to ensure you will be adopting a puppy that will be healthy for a very long time, but health is also determined by the food you feed, the vaccines and chemicals you subject your dog to, and other environmental things that directly affect or cause disease.
When you first receive your puppy from Mountainside Labradoodles, you will have 72 hours in which to have your own veterinarian examine your puppy if you think there is a health issue to be concerned about and would like to request a refund you must supply us with the health report from your veterinaian and return puppy within 72 hours of the veterinarian examination. If satisfied with the veterinarian report, Buyer will retain possession of the puppy and hold Seller harmless and not liable for any further medical conditions of the dog. This exam is not mandatory as each puppy is thoroughly examined at 8 weeks of age. Puppies shipping to their new homes will also undergo an extensive exam before being allowed to fly.
