About Mothers Moon
I am a stay-with-child mom of my wonderful and very much loved seven year old son, who was born through natural childbirth. We are no circ, no vac, natural learning, and whole food eating. Along with my husband of fourteen years, and three cats, we live deep in the woods by the water in a small rural town in Maine. I am a birth worker, and also give attachment parenting support. I'm known for my healing & soothing herbals, full moon womens drumming circles, and the quilts, jewelry, soaps, candles, herbal packs, & other natural items I enjoy making. I am an artist of many mediums and my most treasured moments are creating alongside my son.
My "traveling show" (booths at conferences & fairs) also includes other wonderful products & personal works of art such as felted creations, hand-painted infant t-shirts, cloth dolls, herbal teas & balms, wildflower seeds, and so much more!!
Most of the items I offer have been created by myself, some made by other moms, and a few are selectively chosen natural and/or fairly traded products from larger companies. I believe in making a positive change in our world by offering earth-friendly products, and by supporting other families who are nurturing their children in a peaceful way.
