Missouri Teen Republicans

Republicans Making an Impact!

Our Mission...

Welcome to the Missouri Teen Republicans website!  The Missouri Teen Republicans provide an opportunity to young people across the state to become involved in the political process.  The Federation is affiliated with the National TARS (TeenAge Republicans) Organization and receives support from the Missouri Republican Party.  Our goal is to promote the ideals and values of the Republican Party throughout the state and provide grassroots support for campaigns to help Republican candidates get elected.

 MoTARS State Federation set-up

Missouri TARs was formed in February of 2008.  Members from the Poplar Bluff High School Chapter have began recruiting chapters in an effort to set up a State Federation.  Plans for the future include a State Convention in the 2008-09 school year.

Missouri TARs is going to be a driving force with the elections this fall.  We have a long road ahead of us with a lot of challenges.  There are many important races in Missouri, including the Governor's race.

Our state is heading in the right direction.  We have a Republican General Assembly along with a Republican Governor.  We must continue to hold these seats and make sure our state is "red" in the presidential election in November.  We also have county officials that can use our help and support.  We want MoTARS to have a great influence in this election!

host Reagan Day Rally!

Poplar Bluff High School TARS hosted           a great event in September.  Members          of the club spent a lot of time setting              up the event.  Guest included Lt. Gov.          Peter Kinder, State Senator Rob Mayer, Representatives Gayle Kingery and           Mike Dethrow, along with            representatives on behalf of     Congresswoman Jo Ann Emerson and     Senator Kit Bond.  Dinner and      entertainment was included with the       event.  The event was a huge success         and the club hopes to use funds it           made to attend the Leadership         Convention in Washington D.C. for the   National TARS.
