THE BIRTH OF MOTIVATE INNOVATIORS AND THE IDEA OF ENDING CORRUPTION

MOTIVATE INNOVATORS WAS FOUNDED ON THE 3RD OF MAY 2007, BY THE CHALLENGING TOPIC OF THE CHANGEMAKERS.NET, WHICH WAS CAPTIONED ENDING CORRUPTION HONESTY INSTITUTED".

THIS TOPIC BROUGHT ABOUT THE BIRTH OF THIS ORGANIZATION WHICH IS A NON-GOVERNMENTAL GROUP WHOSE MAIN GOAL IS TO REFORM THE PATH OF THE FUTURE.

THIS BODY IS MADE UP OF SEVERAL INDIVIDUALS WITH DIFFERENT CAPABILITIES AND INTELLECT AND ARE EVERLY READY TO PARTNER WITH ANY GROUP TO SET OUT MODALITIES IN TRANSFORMATION OF THE WORLD AND CREATING A BRIGHTER FUTURE.

       ENDING CORRUPTION BY ERADICATING POVERTY

Poverty is one of the major instigators of corruption, thus the spot-diagnosis “corruption” can be made based on a previous  history of low socio-economic class, however eradication of this ill health “corruption” should be based on stabilization of economic standard and reformation of human ideology about existence.

It is of a worthy note to state that “due to the complexity of the 21st century” the creatures of the earth, have taken corruption as part of the evolution trend, because the act, though an illegitimate act has been made to appear legitimate in certain situations under an undefined constitution.

It is illogical to assume that corruption can be eradicated merely by instituting honesty without an emphatic “declaration of war against it” by excavating corruption from its root and empowering humanity.

The vital point of the debate between the world citizens still remain how to declare war against corruption?

First, it should be of initiative move, to set out innovative processes, which should not only be implemented  in other to influence the path of progress but should be incorporated within the officials (governmental or non-governmental), down to the communities, families and the society as a large, with the ideology of achieving selfless individual availability and  participation in this mortal combat because “it is an incontestable argument that corruption is as a result of collective input hence desires a collective approach in its elimination”.

To ensure a profitable progress, the correlation between corruption and unstable economy should be spelt out, whereas the benefits gotten from the word “immunity” should be ruled out with a proper reflection of transparency.

Those responsible in setting out this innovation should be challenged, and have to foresee the consequences and technically, apply a reproducible approach in other to counterbalance its deficit.

This approach would be termed “unrealistic” if there is neglection in the ideal reformation of the nation’s bedrock, which comprises of the citizens of the nation.

The 2nd part of the debate should lay emphasis on the transformation of the citizens, because they have to be more conscious of their responsibilities which directly or indirectly has an impact on the political, economic and social wellbeing of a nation.

A proper dissemination of information about the consequences of corruption is the weapon against corruption, for a “well-informed society is an honesty instituted nation”.

To ensure that this information gets to the grassroots should be the point of focus for both governmental and non-governmental institutions.

Lastly, there is one thing I implore. Even though this information gets to the grassroots, it will only gain credit for creating public awareness but however, for excellent accreditation and implementation by the citizens, there have to be a legal constitutional law protecting any victim of corruption.

Innovation; The innovative process should have two basic goals.

(1)        Economic reformation and stabilization

(2)        Public awareness about the destructive capability of corruption.

The point of focus in economic reformation and stabilization should be on;

(1)        Increasing the nation’s workforce by

(i)         Encouraging indigenous industries, small scale business and reduction in the start-up costs

(ii)        Attraction of outside direct investors

(iii)      Protecting the civil right of the empowered workforce.

(2)        Scrutinization of all “governmental dealings” by both the private sectors and the governmental institution should be propagated.

(3)        The government, private sectors and the workforce should be solely involved in economic policy formation.

The 2nd aspect of the innovation which involves the public, should be instituted as follows:

(1)        Formation of policies to protect the civil right of any victim of corruption.

(2)        Bluntly disseminating the negative effects and charges against corruption via scientific gadgets, organizing seminars, cinema shows, media industries, schools, handbills etc.

(3)        Members of the public should be trained quarterly on these policies.

Finally, until proven otherwise, it has always been insinuated that the government are the most corrupt, thus transparency is the only tools that can be used on orienting the already disoriented citizens.

FIGHTING HIV/AIDS USING THE FAMILY AS A SOLE GUIDE TO SAFE SEX

What is the hope of a child who lives amongst poverty, corruption ,malnutrition, overwhelming infections and now HIV/AIDS?

All these destroy the energies of the productive sector in a nation. With the recent decline in this sector the economic growth will be stunted.

Poverty creates an avenue through which HIV/AIDS spreads and kills.

However, using the “empowered family” as a sole guide in this fight would yield a positive outcome.

It is only a child from an average earned family that would be of the standpoint “safe sex” before a sexual act because he has a secured future ahead whilst the fellow from a poor family loses his voice because he has no future dreams.

A secured future is a future that has foresight for development.

The future of an African child can’t be secured on an earning of less than $1 a day.

For many decades, several modalities have been set in place which are used in combating poverty, which is the major contributor towards the spread of HIV/AIDS.

The effect of these modalities is being centralized in the urban areas thus leading to its congestion and making it a fertile ground to nuture and spread this virus.

Although there are provision of aids in certain rural areas the indigenes of these areas would prefer to be at the point of its source than to be at the receiving end.

It still stands incontestable that a high population of HIV victims resides in urban areas while a quarter of these victims are immigrants from rural areas.

These immigrants are in search for greener pasture in these areas. However tackling poverty in rural areas is equivalent to fighting the spread of HIV/AIDS in the continent.

The major goal of this initiative is decongestion of urban areas which will make a positive impact in this fight.

This can be achieved by…

(1)   Situating both government and private firms in rural areas

(2)   Revitalization of already existing firms in these areas.

(3)   Utilization of energies available in these communities

(4)   Building capabilities and reforms

(5)   Collaborating with primary health care centers (PHC) in these areas because a functional PHC represents a healthy community and it is the PHC that is in direct contact with each household in the community.

(6)   Using the PHC as a start up point for the awareness campaign

(7)   Education reforms; These firms won’t only create employment opportunities but also will get the community challenged towards the quest for intellect.

(8)   Education is a potential tool in this fight against HIV/AIDS.

The intricacy of this initiative cuts across the responsibilities of both the government and private sectors however when the family is empowered it restores the lost hope of the AFRICAN CHILD.
