Explenation

This battle was our first with Champions, seeing as they are from the 2001 rules and we use the 2005 vertion.

Here are the stats for the 2005 vertion

Cost: instead of haveing a cost, you may field one ONLY if ALL of the armys are going to have a champion. Anything beyond the stats(upgrades, weapons, cats, ect.) must be bought with the army's cp.

Skill: 1d10+2

Move: 10

Amour: 2d10 (or structure level 2)

Champion ego: Like heroic ego exept: 3 heroic feats per turn, is not effected by crankiness because heros are below him/her, does not cause crankiness in heros as they are honored to see someome of a champions value in action, and units with heroic ego can redshirt themselves for champions.

The battle

It was me vs my little brother, again.

My brother lead the C.P.U. lead by the champion M_18

I comanded the North of Paradox vikings guided the champion Thakkos

The army moved up. Thakkos dismounted onto the train station and ran to the no-ammo cannon. He failed a heroic feat to swing it and strike off an enemy, what happened, he struck himself off. He brought himself down a structure level.

This photo shows the army's movement.

This poor fisherfig got his head blown off by a missed shot ment for the vikings.

M_18 move over, fired a few rounds,

and wiped out many vikings.

Even though he had killed only one C.P.U. the fire mage was shot down.

The giant wolf climbed ontop the buildings, only to come face to face two C.P.U. he killed one in the first round of combat.

Here is where its corpse fell.

Thakkos clambered up the stone that served to defend brikinville.

This viking, to Thakkos' disgust, picked up a gun and shot at a C.P.U.

but he killed a C.P.U.

Seeing as he was about to get shot Thakkos tried a heroic feat to twirl his axe so fast it would deflect bullets, yet he failed.

The axe was spinning at sutch high speeds the when it struck the giant wolf it choped it up.

The shooting, however was not forgoten in all of this.

The champion was struck by this much damage.

Thakkos was blasted to pieces.

Attempting to hide behind a desk didn,t work for the final viking.

I lost, oh well, it has due to a couple of bad rolls.
