Icon Tutorial: This tutorial pretty much taught me how to do the basic animation on icons, and it was extremelyyyy helpful :).
Brush Resources for PSP and PS: I know it says not to link back to that site, but I pretty much have been to every site on there and downloaded a brush or two. So go there and look at those sitesss.
Fonts: Dafont is my lover. I get almost every single one of my fonts from there (which is where the majority of the downloadable fonts on my site are from).
Html Layouts: This is where I got my first layout from. They have a huge variety of layouts that are pretty simple to use if you're into that kind of stuff.
