Terms And Conditions, you must read if you will be using our graphicx!
1) Anything submitted to this site, whether it be text or images, become sole property of Moonlight Graphicx to be used whenever and however Moonlight Graphicx sees fit until the end of time.2) You may not use anything on this site unless you are using it the way it was intended to be used.
3) You may not copy the codings provided on Moonlight Graphicx to use to distribute on other websites. All codes on Moonlight Graphicx were created specifically for Moonlight Graphicx and are copyrighted to Moonlight Graphicx.
4) By using any backgrounds, lookups, images, etc provided here on the site, you agree to copy the code provided without altering anything. Changing the code provided is a violation of this sites terms and you will be made known as per terms paragraph eight.
5) The ONLY acceptable way to alter any codes provided here on Moonlight Graphicx is if you are placing the credit banner/text in a different location. As long as you provide credit LINKED back to www.freewebs.com/moonlightgraphicx/ it will be acceptable.
6) This site is maintained exclusively by Krystal & Madeliene smith along with the other staff. And, they shall use this site however they see fit as long as it does not break anyone elses Terms & Conditions.
7) If you find anything offensive on this site, leave. It will not be changed just to make one person happy. Things will only be changed should the webmasters find it offensive or has been persuaded by the majority to make changes. However we do not place any sort of images under the rating of Genral Audiences on our site. :)
8) Any people found to be stealing/ copying/ or using content and/or images from Moonlight Graphicx will be made known to the world. Anything that happens after that fact is beyond Moonlight Graphicx's control.
9) Moonlight Graphicx staff understands that some images used on some of the images/backgrounds are not orignal pieces of work; however, Moonlight Graphicx still requires that you link back to this site as Moonlight Graphicx is hosting the images on personal hosting accounts. Moonlight Graphicx is using these images/backgrounds as per the terms set by the original authors, or because the original authors are unkown.
10) These terms may change at any time - day or night. Visit often to see the updated terms. By using Moonlight Graphicx site you agree to the most current terms contained on this page.
11) You may not use our cbox (chatter box, chat box, you know) to make fun of staff or the site. You also cannot use this to advirtize sites that are not on our affiliates. If you use the cbox to chat about anything like love or whatnots like this you will be permitnetly banned from the site and/or sued for nasty and offenceive content.
