Reason: While trading to a webkinz user she sent the items to the wrong person. (which wasn't the problem) When the user asked to send the item she gave her back, she said she already re-traded. (still not the problem) So the user who didn't get anything in return asked for something to make it up for her loss. (two exclusives) Ash called her a freak, liar, and said that she hoped she died. She still never gave the other person an item.
