HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO EVERYONE! Please be aware of our little gowls that will be out on Halloween night collecting their treats, lets make this a safe and fun Haloween for them to remember. Thank you to all who attended the 4th Montrose Ghost Walk even though the weather was not vey pleasant the people were great every year it just gets better and better and it is because of YOU! A special thank you to those who donated to NYPAPS this helps us with expenses and continue to investigate your homes.
