Corn snakes - Pantherophis Guttatus
I currently have a beautiful breeding group of 4.4 corn snakes. I do not purchase snakes to add the the quantity of animals I own, I select my snakes for pure quality and try to pick the best examples of the moprhs I am working with. I want to specialise in the lavender and hypo cultivar. I feel the hypomelanistic gene can vastly improve the phenotype of a particular base morph ie bloodred, lavender, charcoal etc. I hope to selectivley breed the pinkest hypo lavenders, the palest phantoms and hypo pewters and the most beautiful hypo lavender bloodreds and motleys. Any hatchling I produce will be from 100% perfect parents ie suberb feeders, amazing temprement and top quality colouration. All my corns are captive bred, and come from a diverse range of breeders from the UK, Europe and USA.
Females
Lacey: 05 Serpenco lavender
I have witnessed this snake change from a dull juvenile into a spectacular solid lavender corn with beautiful peachy highlights on her head and neck. I like to destinguish lavenders from hypo lavenders therefore the less peachy, the better. She is also a partial zig zaged specimen and I hope to selectivley breed fully zig zaged or arrberant lavenders. Although this trait completely random to an extent, the fact Lacey is rather abberant (as is Hal) increases my chances of prducing likewise offspring. It should be a very interesting project throughout the years to come. Lacey was bred to Hal, my hypo lavender this year. I am awaiting a second clutch of eggs from her at the moment.
Griet: 06 Serpenco Phantom bloodred (anery b + hypo + bloodred)
This has to be my favourite looking corn snake. I bought her as I wanted a solid silvery grey snake and I think I will get it as she matures. For such a young snake she shows outstanding diffusion and seems to get lighter with ever shed. She will be used in my phantom lavender and hypo pewter projects to produce the most silvery snakes around! She is a small 06 due to being fed on a maintanence died for so long, but she is having absolutly no issues in my care and never refuses a meal! I expect her to be of breeding size in 2009 as I like my females AT LEAST over 400 grams.
Males
Lavalle: 07 Reverse okeetee het butter
This boy is currently my only amel corn snake at the moment. I am not a huge fan of orange corn snakes but he was too unusual to pass up. His mother was a candy cane and his father was a butter. He has obviously taken his mothers stark white and orange candy cane look, although he has taken his dads wide borders, therefore IMO giving him a lovely Reverse okeetee candyc ane look. As an adult I think hes going to be something very interesting to look at! I will probably seek out a top quality reverse okeetee female for him to breed to, as theres no point in working this selectivley bred trait into any of the other mophs I currently work with. I will try to refine thick white borders, and brilliant vibrant colours with his offspring in the future.
This wee boy will play an important role in my lavender breeding program. He will be mated to my Sunset lavender motley female initially to produce motleys/striped motleys het for anery lavender. I hope to produce lavender stripes (my ultimate favourite corn morph) as a bi-product believe it or not. Hes a fiesty hatchling with a stellar feeding response for such as young'un, as such hes doubling his weight each month :)
Hal: 05 Serpenco hypo lavender (hypo + lavender)
With his exceptionally light colouration, I hope to continue to produce lighter and brighter hypo lavenders. I also suspect him to be het amel from those beautiful red eyes and very peachy appearance. If he proves to be het amel he will deffinatley go toward my opal motley projects to produce HIGH CONTRAST opal motleys with Dior, my Sunset lavender motley girl. He was bred to Lacey, my lavender female this year.

Panther: 03 Coral snow (amel + anery + hypo)
This is one of my favourite males. He is a massive 54' inches and weighs in at 960 grams, making him my biggest corn snake. I do not have any breeding plans for him as I do not plan on producing line bred coral snows. He will never leave my home though as he is an exceptional snake with a personality to boot. He is also a very handsom boy with beautiful subtle pastel colouration instead of the harsh pinks and peaches some coral snows show.
