Kingdom of Monovia

This act states that all citizens of Monovia, for safety and protection, shall establish a username for themselves. This username must contain a first and last name and must be obligated to retain the nobility and historical past of Monovia. It may not contain numbers or symbols, only letters. For example, a username can be Anne Jones, not Annjon91. All citizens are required to make up a username, and remember it when registering for citizenship.
