Hey Romeo,
Want to know my name?
Well that’s a shame,
Because I won’t let you know.
You’re kind of brave,
You’re a little bit handsome,
I guess that’s why you’re Romeo.

To my love :
LONG story. Anyway, if you don't understand the poem, too bad, cuz I'm not explaining. There is a secret code in there if you find it. ^_-

Who are you to love me?
In a world that cannot.
When I have no one, you stand by me;
And sieze mY bleeding heart.

What made you come to me?
Why bother raising me above.
When the world ignores me, leave me to die;
You remain my faithfUl love.

When did you begin to love me?
And warm my icy lips.
To teach me about loving you;
And never gaining my thanKs.

Where did you come from?
When I needed you, you came.
To pick me up, when I was down;
Though I refuse to call your name.

Why did I write this nasty note?
Your gorgeous eyes can't gaze through.
Why do you keep coming back?
When I won't say, I LOVE YOU.

Heartless :
I was Shiuchi-chan in a Gravitation Rp, and therefore had to write songs! So, here's one of them...
Note: I am not a professional song writter! DON'T NAG ME!

(Music starts)
Love;
It's a game you want to play alone.
One;
That you've forced me to play time and time again.
We;
Will never live happily.
If only you wouldn't force me away-!

Heartless!
Your my heartless tamadachi*!
You make me cry when you look,
With these eyes that pity me.
Why can't you just let me love you?
Don't be so heartless to me...
anymore.

Tears;
The pain that pours from my eyes.
Sad;
Mixed messages your sending me.
I want;
You to love me like before.
But you've gone and become a distant memory.

Heartless!
Your my heartless tamadachi!
You make me cry when you look,
With these eyes that pity me.
Why can't you just let me love you?
Quit being so heartless to me...
no more.

Your pushing me away, I move.
But the look in your eyes tell me not to go.
When I stay by your side, I can only cry...
How con you be so heartless?
Don't leave me alone,
I'd cry for you, die for you.
Don't leave me here,
I'll fall for you.
I would stay away,
Out of the way.
If only you weren't so-!

Heartless!
Your my heartless tamadachi!
You make me cry when you look,
With these eyes that pity me.
Why can't you let me love you?
Why won't you let me...
Why won't you accept me...? (music fades out)
Please stop being so...

Heartless...

How many times? :
A poem by Meh, Kori-kun...random, short poem...

How many times have you stared at me,
with such pitiful eyes?
How many times did I cry to sleep,
against heartless lullabies?
How many times did you ignore,
my hallowed painful cries?
How many times did I say I love you,
when you only tell me lies...?

Liz's Prolouge (Yuri version) :
Elizabeth Sunny's Prolouge. Based off a RP between me and a friend. This was before the actual RP started. Rated Pg-13 for some blood, violence, and maybe cussing? This is Liz talking about the story from Yuri's POV kind of...just read it...

You know that first word a baby mutters?
The one that will forever brand it.
'Oh yeah, her first words was egg.'
'His first word was mama.'
Things like that...?

I can't say I remember my first words...
But I remember Yuri's...

Remember how I told you about the baby mommy brought home that night?
The cold and rainy one?
When she came home bloody and cut up?
When she carried nothing with her but a bloody dagger...
And a baby wrapped in cloth.

Desire stepped into the large house, soaking wet. Her dress she wore stuck to her body, her long black hair draped over her face. In one hand, a bloody knife. In the other, a small blanket wrap. She smiled when she saw Liz. Liz was sitting on the stair case, waiting for her mom to get back. She smiled standing up.
"Mommy!" Liz cried running over and hugging her mother. Desire looked down at her daughter, dropping the knife. She knelt down hugging her daughter with one hand, while holding the bundle in the other. "Mommy, your wet!" Liz said laughing slightly. Desire nodded.
"I know sweetie. Mommy just had to go...get a few things taken care of. But I'm back now. And soon, daddy will be back too." Liz let out a happy gasp.
"Really?!" Desire nodded.
"Of course. Would I lie to you?" Liz shook her head at her mother's question. "Good." It was then Liz noticed the bundle.
"Mommy, what's the blanky for?" Desire looked down at it as well.
"Let me show you..." She opened it to reveal a small baby. She looked younger then she actually was. Asleep in her arms. She had two small ponytails of light red hair. And was wearing a small pink dress, a few brighter stains here and there. Ones to match the red stains on Desire's hands and dress.
"It's a baby!" Liz said smiling, looking at the girl.
"A Toddler actually. She'll be two next week." Liz smiled again.
"Really! That's neat mommy." She blinked, still smiling. "Where's her mommy...?" Desire smiled at her daughter.
"She died. So now we're her family." Liz didn't understand completely. "You'll have to protect her from me."
"Don't you mean 'for you'?" Liz asked, correcting her mother. Desire nodded.
"Right. For me."

That was when I first saw her.
And I was thrilled.
I now had somebody to be with.
Someone who would love me forever.
Someone else to play with when I was alone.
...I was alone a lot...

It was nice having Yuri around...
Yuri...
That was the name those kids branded her with when we were young.
Yuri was six at the time.
And I was ten.
Do the math, and you'd find out we were four years apart.

We were at school one day when it happened.
I guess some kids were making fun of her because we did a lot together.
Ate together.
Sleep together.
Played together.
We did everything together...
She was mocked daily at her school, until I stopped them...

"Hey Lena." One of the bigger kids said, teasing the little girl. Lena looked over at them. She was wearing a little purple and pink dress, her hair down to touch her shoulders.
"Yeah?" She asked sweetly, holding one of her favorite dolls. The kids around her were at least two years older then her.
"Do you know what they call girls who like other girls?" The leader said mockingly.
"Um...no, what?" She asked blinking. Clueless like usual.
"Yuri." He grinned. "Just like you and your sister. You guys are Yuri."
"Well, I do love my sissy." Lena said smiling.
"So you admit it. Liz is your lover!" They all started laughing, leaving Lena in the dark again.
"What? Lover? No, she's just my sister." They laughed harder.
"Yeah right! I bet you do everything together!" Another one joined in.
"I bet they even sleep together!" Lena started crying softly.
"W-we do but not like that...!"
"Sure you don't!"
"A couple of lesbo's!" The kids all mocked and teased Lena. Until she was on the ground in tears. She didn't understand what they were talking about, but she wasn't fond of it.
"We should call her Yuri from now on!" Another shouted.
"Yuri huh?" All the kids stopped. Lena slowly opened her eyes. There stood her older sister. She was wearing a blue school girl uniform, her hair in a ponytail down the middle. She crouched down by her sister. Wiping the tears away. "Hey Lena...I think Yuri is a pretty nickname..." She said smiling.

I was always trying to make Yuri's life easier.
I use to say it was because we were sisters and I was suppose to watch after her...
But that wasn't it...

I think the main reason was because of Yuri's speaking.

You see, Yuri didn't talk for a long time.
Children are usually at least trying to talk by age two or so.
Yuri didn't speak until she was four.

I thought maybe she was a late bloomer.
But then I started thinking more.
Yuri didn't talk because she was a late bloomer...
She didn't talk because she couldn't talk...

"Lena? Will you pass me the butter?" Liz asked. Liz had her hair up in a ponytail, an apron around her waist. She was seven years old at the time, making her younger sister three. Yuri nodded walking over and handing her sister the butter.
She, herself, had on a small apron over her purple dress. Her hair was up in two ponytails like always. "Thank you." Liz said mixing the butter into a pot of four other ingredients.
The two of them were alone, both parents had gone out for the night. Leaving their children alone together yet again. Liz smiled tasting her concoction. "Mmm. Tastes good Lena." She said smiling at her sister who smiled back nodding. Liz poured the mush into a pan, putting it into their family's oven letting it cook.
She watched it few minutes before turning back to Lena. "Okay, the cake should be done soon." Lena nodded again sitting down. Liz blinked a few times sighing. "You know Lena-chan, it would be nice if you at least said one word to me. All you do is nod once in a while." Lena looked up at her big sister, her light purple blue eyes locking onto Liz'. Liz for some reason couldn't look away as Lena shook her head before looking down again. Liz just sighed once more. "Fine, be that way..."

It was then I understood.
Though I didn't think anything of it at the time.
Yuri couldn't talk because she was scared...
Something had scared her...
Something had stolen her voice...
She couldn't speak...
She wouldn't speak...
Little did I know why...

"Lena sweetie, will you please come here?" Iris asked in her usual kind voice. Lena smiled nodding and walking over. She was wearing her small pink dress, hair up in two small ponytails of light red hair. She walked over by her mother. "Look Lena, it's a doll." Her mother said holding up a little person. It had yellow hair and golden eyes. Lena smiled clapping her hands together before grabbing it from her mother. "Now what do you say?" She asked her daughter who smiled up at her.
"Tank ou Mommy." Iris smiled, giggling slightly before patting Lena on the head.
"Good girl." Then a knock came to the door, disrupting their moment. Iris let out a bemused gasp. "Lena sweetie! Maybe that's daddy here to visit you!" Lena clapped her hands together once more, laughing as Iris got up from the rocking chair she had been sitting in. Lena stayed by the fireplace that burned in peace. She played with the doll as Iris opened the door. "Johnathan I'm so glad you-" She stopped when she saw who it was. She gasped looking as Desire stood in the doorway. She was smirking, looking positively evil in the stormy background. "You?! What are you-?!"
"What? You didn't miss me?" She cooed, pushing her way inside, shutting the door behind her. The rain water from her hair dripping onto the hard stone ground. "Expecting your dear Johnathan to come?" Lena walked over holding the doll still.
"Mommy, who is it?" She asked quietly, trying to master each word. Iris, not breaking eye contact, she bent down, picking Lena up.
"No one..." She whispered cradling her daughter. "What the hell did you come here for?" She asked bitterly. Desire smirked.
"So, this is the creature that you seduced Johnathan into giving birth to...such an adorable little welch."
"Don't you dare talk to her like that!" Iris snapped, glaring at Desire, who only smiled back.
"It's cute how you actually think he likes you...your nothing but a seducing witch who craves attention."
"And so what does that make you?" She shot back, causing Desire to glare slightly.
"Your real cute you know that. Making fun of me in such a way." She grinned, reaching for something in her pocket. "That's not smart...especially when I'm stronger then you..."
"What do you mean...?" Iris whispered, still holding her daughter, who currently was busy watching the fire in the back of the room.
"I mean, I came here to do one thing and one thing only," the glint of metal showed form beneath the dress she was wearing. "And that's to kill Iris once and for all." She whispered sharply. Iris gasped, stepping back, holding her daughter closer.
"I'd like to see you try."
"Very well." Before anyone could react a dagger flew from Desire's hand and towards Iris. Iris spun around quickly, as the dagger struck her in the back. She let out a chocking gasp before falling forward to her knees. Blood dripping from the wound she had just acquired. Lena's eyes were wide, mostly confused then anything.
"Mommy?" She asked as Desire laughed coming forward, reaching out and retrieving the dagger once more.
"Wow, who knew it was that easy." Desire mocked as Iris turned towards her, tears in her eyes.
"Wh-why...?" She coughed out, blood lightly trickling onto Lena's dress.
"Mommy...what's wong? What's the wed stuff?" She asked softly poking at a spot that soon stained her finger. But neither adult answered her.
"Because...your in the way of my happiness." She grabbed the back of Iris' hair, holding her up so she faced Desire, though Iris still clutched onto her daughter, as though that was the only thing keeping her alive. "And anyone in my way..." She said in a deadly whisper, moving closer to Iris' ear. "...will die..." She said before stabbing the dager through Iris' throat, killing her instantly. Her arms dropped loosly to her side as Desire held her up. Lena dropped to the ground, hitting her head hard.
"Ow..." She said before starting to cry. Desire smiled, tosing the corpse aside looking down at the child who now had a small cut on the side of the head where she had fallen. The blood dripped out, scaring her. Desire laughed kneeling down to the girl.
"Hello there little one..." She smiled, narrowing her eyes slightly. "I'm going to be your new mommy from now on..." Lena kept crying uncontrolably until Desire got fed up. She reached out to the child's neck pushing the pressure point so she fell down, knocked out cold. Desire stood back up looking at the small child. "Hmm..." She looked around the room before spotting the fire. "This will be of great use..." She said walking over to it watching the flames dance in the darkness. She reached in, taking out a burning piece of the log walking back over to the child. She knelt down, holding it above the child's face so the warmth started burning her cheek slightly. She smirked throwing the log aside. "On second thought...I can use her..." She said as the house caught fire. She picked up the child that was now bleeding, burnt, and knocked out. Desire looked around the burning building, finding a small blanket, taking it and wrapping the child. "Now, let's go home." She said, watching the corpse be engulfed by the flames. She left the house, as the fire surounded everything, enjoying it's meal.

That's when mom came home that night...
Yuri was too young to remember anything.
And the bump on her head caused her to get slight amnesia of the whole thing.
But since that day she was too scared to talk...
I can't say I wouldn't be the same way...

None the less, when she reached four years old she spoke again...

It was in the middle of winter.
Snow lightly falling from the sky.
It was me, mom, dad, and Yuri of course.
While I was opening presents I got a few things.
A few books, I was learning to read at the time.
A scrapbook mom had put together.
And Yuri...
She gave me the best gift of all...

Liz had finished opening her presents setting them all aside.
"Thank you Mommy! Thank you daddy!" She shouted happily, as she hugged and kissed them, pleased with her gifts. Yuri was slightly red with blush as she stepped up to Liz. Johnathan Sunny smiled at his youngest daughter.
"Go ahead Lena...give her your present." Liz looked at her sister, not seeing anything. No gift wrapped behind her back, no back to open with a teddy bear inside. Just herself. She smiled, still red, opening her mouth.
"Ha....Happy birthday Liz..." She whispered softly. Liz smiled, her eyes big in surprise.
"Oh Lena! Thank you!" She said happily, hugging her little sister with delight.

That was when Yuri talked again.
After that she started talking more and more.
Though I had noticed she was quiet around our...my mother.
I always noticed.
Even as we got older.
Yuri was afraid of her...

And at times so was I...

Alchemy...
The thing that many posess...
Something I possesed.
I usually used my alchemy when I was bored.
Reading about it was always boring.
But I did find a use for it.
Making dolls.
Bad looking ones, perfect looking ones.
Big ones, small ones.
I amde tons of dolls.
Because I found that Yuri enjoyed them.
She loved them more then anything...
Maybe that's why she was playing with them...
One night...
While I made cookies downstairs...
She playing upstairs...
And mommy killed daddy...

Desire was glaring at her husband who was sitting down in the basement of their huge house. A transmutation circle around him.
"You were doing alchemy again, weren't you?" She said, a deadly drawl.
"I...I was." She deepened her glare.
"I see. And what have I told you about Alchemy?"
"It's not as bad as you think. You only dislike it because you don't understand it. And because your afraid I'll make another..." He paused. "...humonculi."
"I dislike alchemy because your kind is not fit or cut out to know such science. Learning it is a sin against everyone. Especially our family."
"But it's not a sin! Alchemy can help people. It can save lives!"
"Not in this house!" She shouted, making her hand into a claw, scratching him. Slashing him across the face. "In my house we don't use alchemy!" She shouted. He closed his eyes, wincing in pain. He brought his hand up to his cheek looking at the blood. Desire smiled upon seeing this, stepping closer. "First you go behind by back and return to that other woman. Then you tell me you have another child. And now your using alchemy. What other secrets do you have to share?" She asked. He had fear written in his eyes as he looked at the creature in front of him.
Neither of them saw their ten year older daughter watching them from the doorway, hidden behidn the half open door. She had fear in her own eyes as she watched.
"Sure, I have a secret..." He said looking up at her. "Everyday...everytime I look at you...I can't help but feel regret." She glared at him as he glared back. "Regret for ever creating such a horrible monster-!"
Liz opened her mouth to scream, but nothing came out as she watched her father get stabbed through by the hands of her mother. His eyes were wide in shock at first, but soon lost their shean as they went blank. Blood had splattered across the wall as he fell. Desire smiled, pleased at her doing. She held up her hand gazing the the amount of blood on it. "It seems that the creator is the monster...for creating a monster." She said laughing. His blood leaked onto the ground, staining it and everything in it's path. She then turned to the door to see a frightend Liz.
Her eyes were wide and filled with tears, shaking lightly. Desire stared at her for a while, a little fearful for her daughter. She smiled her normal sweet smile as she walked closer.
"Lizzy, what are you doing down here?" Liz backed up slowly.
"I...I made cookies and th-thought you and daddy would w-want some..." She said softly, her voice cracking.
"That's so kind of you. But daddy doesn't want any cookies." She said, still smiling, as thought none of that had happened.
"Why...why did you hurt kill daddy?!" Liz shouted, not able to keep her eyes off her mother.
"He was not obeying mommy. He needed to be punished."
"Not by killing him!" She shouted, tears pouring out.
"It's okay Lizzy. We can still be a happy family." She said reached out and petting her daughter's head. "We can still be happy without him..." She knelt down hugging Liz. Liz stiffened at her touch, but soon gave in, hugging her back. For a long time everything was quiet, save for the soft sniffles that came from Liz every once in a while. "Do you understand?" Desire whispered. "Everything that disobeys needs to be destroyed...until it's just you and me..." Liz kept crying while hugging her mother. "Lizzy...?" She whispered softly.
"Hmm?" Liz groaned slightly between the sobbing.
"Where's Lena?" Liz' eyes grew wide again as she quickly pushed away from her mother.
"What?"
"I asked, where's Lena." She repeated, a little more sternly. Liz backed up.
"Wh-why do you want to know?" Liz never got an answer, but the smile on Desire's face told her what she wanted. Liz gasped lightly before turning and running out of the room. Her mother laughed, then slowly followed her out. She started crying again as she ran upstairs and into her sister's room. She panted lightly as Yuri turned and looked at her. She was playing with her dolls like always. She smiled seeing her sister.
"Sissy, do you wanna play with me?" Yuri asked holding up on of the dolls. Liz locked the door, running over by her sister.
"Not now Yuri, we have to get out of here!" She grabbed her sisters hand looking around.
"Huh? How come?" Liz finally found something, Yuri's clothes closet.
"Nevermind that, just do what I say." She pulled her sister over to the closet, opening it. "Get in and don't come out until I say to. Alright?" Yuri just stared at her sister.
"Sissy...why do I have to go in it...it's scary..." Liz smiled hugging her sister.
"It's a game. Don't worry. I'll come back to get you." Liz could hear her mother's footsteps coming up the stairs to Yuri's room. "I promise, now go in and don't say anything. Don't even say anything when your name is called. Got it?" Yuri still didn't understand, but did as she was told. As soon as Liz shut the door, the soft humming reached her ears. She turned around to see her mother there. She was smiling a wicked smile, holding what looked like a dagger. Liz looked over at her, the tears still fresh in her blue eyes.
"Where's Lena, Lizzy? I want to talk to her." Her mother cooed. Liz shook her head.
"You want...you want to kill her like daddy..." Liz told her mother. Desire just smirked as Liz glared up at her.
"She's in the way of our happiness Liz."
"You can't kill her! She's my sister!" Liz shouted, crying lightly.
"Lizzy, mommy only wants what's best for you. And she's getting in your way."
"No!!" Liz shouted, pushing her way past her mom and down the stairs. "I'm coming Yuri, hold on!" She shouted downstairs to no one, trying to get her mother away from the closet. Thankfully it worked.
Liz panted as she made her way to her father's office. It was full of books and lots of space to create his experiments. She looked around.
Dead end.
Desire made her way to the room, humming 'hush little baby'. It was their lullaby, but as the humming went on, lyrics were added that made Liz work harder to find a way out.
Hush little baby, don't you cry.
Mommy's gonna sing you a lullaby.
Stop your crying, dry your tears.
I will chase away your fears.
Starting nightmares, ending dreams.
Nothing's ever what it seems.
Forgive your mom and dad who fight.
I'll stop the pain, I'll end tonight.
Dry your tears, don't your fret.
Suicide's not an option yet.
Little Lizzy don't you cry.
Mommy's here with your lullaby.
Everything's gonna be alright.
I'll end both your pain tonight.
So hush little baby don't you cry.
Mommy's gonna end your life tonight.
Liz squeezed her eyes shut as she paniced trying to find something. Anything to stop her insane murderous mother. It was then she felt something in the bottom drawer of her father's desk. Hard. Metal. Cold to the touch. She opened her eyes taking it out, knowing exactly what it was.
Her father's emergency gun...
She started messing with it until it loaded.
"Lizzy? What are you doing sweetie?" Her mother said as Liz brought the gun up. She stood in the doorway, the same evil smirk on her face. "You shouldn't be in your father's room." Liz was shaking, but kept the gun held out. "And pointing a gun at your mother, how disrespectful..." She said, pouting lightly, stepping forward. "Someone will get hurt that way."
"Don't...don't come near me." Liz said, still shaking with fear.
"Now Lizzy, I only want to know where your sister is. Then we can be happy again."
"I won't tell you where she is you'll hurt her!" Liz shouted as foot steps were heard in the hall. Both Desire and Liz turned to the doorway to see what it was. A small child about six years old, with two small ponytails.
"Sissy?" The girl called out. Liz felt her breath stop, she gasped lightly.
"...Yuri..." She managed to squeak out. "Yuri don't come in here!" Liz shouted, but by then it was too late. Yuri stood in the doorway now, looking at both of them.
"Sissy? What's going on? I thought we were playing a game..." She came in a little more.
"Yuri stop!" Liz shouted, causing Yuri to freeze in place. Desire turned her whole body to the little girl.
"There you are..." She said softly, holding her hand out.
"Yuri run!!" Liz shouted. Yuri, confused and afraid, turned to run away but couldn't as Desire lashed out grabbing one of her ponytails. Yuri screamed in pain as her mother held her in place.
"Your not getting away that easy...!" Desire shouted to the small girl as she tried to get away. Liz could only watch, still holding the gun up. Somehow, between Yuri's screaming and Desire's taunting, a small glint of metal caught Liz' eyes. Desire had pulled the dagger out of her pocket, bringing it to Yuri's neck. Before anyone could respond, a loud shot rang out.
"No!!!" Liz screamed as the wound from the gunshot echoed through the room. Desire's eyes glazed over immediatly and she fell, directly on top of Yuri. Yuri started crying and screaming, trying to pry the dead bloodied body off of her. Only to fail.
Liz let her fingers drop the gun. It hit the hard ground with a loud clank. Her eyes were wide and teary as she stared at the scene before her. Replying the last few seconds that seemed to move in slow motion.
Liz had killed her mother...

Yuri would have died if I didn't shoot.
If I was seconds too late...
Yuri could have died.

Yuri cried and screamed for a long time, even after the body was off of her.
I hugged her and we both cried.
Neither of us knew what to do.

We were only lucky that a stranger, who had passed by, heard all the yelling and came to investigate.
Lt. Colonel Roy Mustang.
The flame alchemist.
After the gun was fired he ran over to our place.
We were lucky he found us...
The whole time he was there, Yuri held onto my, crying and screaming for help.

Roy took us in after I told him what happened.
He kept us like we were his own kids.
Or rather, we were the militaries kids.
We walked around like we ran the place.
And everyone listened to us.
They pitied us...

Yuri for a long time after the incident didn't talk much.
There were times I had to force words out.
But she was good about it.
At least we had each other...

Then new problems arised...

When the whole war on Ishbal had started, alchemists were used in the line of duty.
People started giving them a bad name along with the military.
I can't say it was easy for us.
Not only were we living the with dogs of the mitary, but I was an alchemist.
Many times Yuri asked if she could be one too.
But I wouldn't let her.
Why let my sister sink to that level.
Alchemy was dangerous...
I know that now...

I was twelve years old when I asked Mustang if we could leave.
And after a long time, he finally let us.
And we returned home.
Both our parent's bodies were gone.
Cleared out by the mititary.
That's when I started using my alchemy again.

"Sissy?" Yuri asked as the two orphans examined their house. It looked the same, their toys still in place. Their clothes untouched. The food and dishes remained on their counter.
"Yeah Yuri?" Liz asked looking over at her little sister. She currently was picking up one of her dolls.
"Why did we go away from Roy-san? I liked it there."
"Because," Liz said with a sigh. "the military has become the enemy amongst people. For whatever reason...and I don't want us apart of it." She smiled. "Besides, we haven't been home in a few years, it's kind of nice."
"Will mommy and daddy be back soon?" Yuri asked. Liz was silent for a long time before sighing once more. She walked over to Yuri, hugging her gently.
"They aren't coming back Yuri...I'm sorry..."
"But why?!" Yuri asked. Liz shook her head.
"We have to rely on each other now...okay?" Yuri nodded hugged her sister back. "And trust my powers....can help us from now on..."

During the whole time we stayed at our house, I was working on my alchemy.
I kept practicing dolls for Yuri.
To keep her happy.
Dolls were what made her happy...
They were her life...
But I never meant to trap her in one...
I never could have imagined locking her soul in one...

Liz had just finished the transmutation circle, drawing it out perfectly on the basement floor. Then poured the ingredients out onto a middle, somewhat, platform. She nodded at her work then walked to the outside of the circle, keeling down to it. She gulped slightly, only praying it would work as she clapped her hands onto the ground. Within a matter of seconds the whole room was lit with the glow coming off the circle. She smiled, pleased with her work when a small creak was heard. Liz turned her head back around to see Yuri standing at the door way holding her favorite doll.
"Wow...!" Yuri said looking at the colored walls, bringing her attention to the circle. "It's pretty." Yuri said laughing and smiling. She stepped forward. "Sissy what are you doing?"
"Yuri don't come too close." Liz warned looking back at the circle, seeing the element being to fuse together. It was working. She smiled at the creation as Yuri came closer.
"Are you making me another dolly?" Yuri asked now horizontal to her big sister. Liz always made dolls for Yuri using her alchemy.
"Yuri, don't get too close..." Liz warned again, but it didn't work. She stepped closer.
"Is it going to be a big dolly?" She asked, her eyes fixed on the colors in front of her.
"Lena, get back!" Liz shouted, but it was too late. Yuri had stepped onto the circle, causing the room to glow from a pretty pinkish glow, to a dark black red one. Liz' eyes widend as she backed away, letting go of the circle. but it continued to glow. Yuri backed up too, screaming at the light. It was too intense, and in seconds Liz shut her own eyes. "What's happening...?!" Liz asked herself as she heard Yuri scream again.
"Sissy!!!" Liz forced her eyes open to look as her sister was slowly vanishing into the circle.
"Yuri...?" Liz whispered. "No!" She shouted running to the circle. She reached out for her sister's hand as she too reached out. And by a small centimeter missed as Yuri vanished into light. Liz started crying as she tried to get back, only to relise that her right arm was now missing. She screamed in pain as she fell to her knees once more. "Yuri no!" She was choking on her own tears crying for her sister, though no one heard. "Yuri...!" She coughed out, blood spilling from her wound. The pain, the sadness, everything had gone too far. Liz searched frantically around the room. "I need something. Anything!" She shouted before her eyes stopped on one of Yuri's dolls. The favorite.
It was wearing a pink, yellow and white puffed out maid's dress. It had shoulder length black hair with a pink strand as a fang. She ran over, tripping slightly, picking it up with her one arm. She was still crying as she ran back to the circle she threw the doll down, starting to create another circle on the doll. She could hardly see what she was doing through all the smoke, tears, and light. "Give her back...please give her back...!" She begged as the circle lit up once more. She was still sobbing when she couldn't take it anymore. The pain was too immense and she was too weak.
Liz fainted.

When I had awaken I found I was no longer in the basement, but in the colonel's office.
And not only that but my arm and leg were missing.
I was wrapped in bandages.
When I looked around, I saw the doll sitting there.
It was larger then it was last time I checked.
And it was in a pose as though it was sleeping.
Because it was...

Yuri was now inside the doll.
Her soul was trapped.
Both of us had lost...

After Yuri was placed into the body of that doll, she cried and screamed for a long time.
She told me she thought I was dead.
I'm only thankful I wasn't or Yuri would have died along with me...
She called Roy again, and he came over.
Of course, Yuri was crying and covered in blood, hugging me.
Like the first time he found us.

It took forever for us to get us to our new bodies.
I had automail.
And Yuri was trapped in the doll...
I worried about Yuri all the time.
Wondering if she was okay.
She smiled and laughed like she was fine.
But at night when I checked on her, tear stains would be on her cheek.

I wondered if they had permanently been placed there...

The only thing Yuri could do in that doll's body was cry.
Something went wrong, but I guess it was for the better.
In a soul transfer, things like crying and bleeding didn't come.
But that's judging on the object your placed in.
Yuri was in a doll, which shouldn't have cried or bled.
But she cried...
I wasn't sure if it was my skills at alchemy...
Or just Yuri's determination to cry...

I wanted to master alchemy.
I wanted to know how to use my body.
But most of all...
I wanted our bodies back.
And I would have done anything.

We ended up staying at the military headquarters for half a year before moving back in.
But like the first time...
Everything was different.
Yuri wouldn't touch her dolls.
Nor would she walk towards the basement.
She called it 'the bad place' and swore to never go near it.
She told me not to either, but I didn't listen.
I never listen...
I turned it into a library to store books on alchemy.
Along with my father's research notes and findings.

We stayed at home, in that same house for three years.
Never venturing outside.
Mustang and Hawkeye checked up on us.
Bringing us our needs.
To tell you the truth...
I was afraid of going outside.
Yuri once in a while wanted to, and I let her.
And after a while, I found myself going outside.
But not past the gates that blocked our property line to the outside world.
A world that took no pity on anyone.
Especially two little kids trying to do the right thing.

Later we found two other kids like us.
One was a soul trapped in a suit of armor.
The other was a boy...
Blonde hair and golden eyes.
Automail arm and leg.
Edward and Alphonse Elric.
Yuri took a liking to them at first.

We traveled for a while, Humonculi on our trail.
And along the line on our journey, I ended up losing everything I held dear to me...
Thinking about it still brings tears to my stainless eyes.

But I can't say I wasn't warned...
I was warned about the dangers...
And I knew I could have lost everything...
But Yuri was innocent.
She wasn't to be apart of any of it...

Now I know...

Alchemy is dangerous...
Weather it's used through love...or hate...
It can be used to pass time during this long life...
Until the end of the world...

After all...

Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return...
To obtain, something of equal value must be lost...
That is alchemy's first law of equivalent exchange.
At that time, that was what I believed...
That truly was the world's one...and only...truth.

NOTE: Should read one of the other, otherwise you'll hear a lot of repeating...

Liz's Prolouge:
Elizabeth Sunny's Prolouge. Based off a RP between me and a friend. This was before the actual RP started. Rated Pg-13 for some blood, violence, and maybe cussing?

I can't exactly say my life has been the easiest...
Love and hate...Life and death...Betrayal...Pain...
I've seen it all...
And if you want to listen, I can tell you all about it...

My name is Elizabeth Sunny.
My father's name was Jonathan Sunny.
My mother's name was Desire.
Just Desire.

You see, it was a long time ago.
My father was working in Newport when he met Iris.
No.
Iris wasn't my mother, in case you were wondering...
He instantly feel in love.

At the time, my father was working as a state alchemist.
He was the sewing life alchemist.
A title, he didn't keep long.
Iris was a nurse.
Gorgeous.
Kind and caring.
Because my father was studying human transmution, he had to study humans.
Where better to go but a hospital...

"Excuse me." Jonanthan Sunny called out standing at the front desk at Newport infermary.
"Yes?" A woman asked from a back room behind the counter. He peeked around.
"Uh, I'm here to speak to the manager of this hospital." He said holding out a small silver watch. "I'm a state alchemist here to study."
"Alchemist huh?" The woman asked coming out from the back room. She had light brown hair with matching chestnut eyes. She wore a typical nurse uniform. "Well now that impressive." He laughed blushing slightly.
"Yeah right. So, are you the manager?" She nodded.
"I am. And part time nurse here." He smiled.
"Nice to meet you. My name's Jonathan Sunny. I'm the-"
"Sewing life alchemist." She finished for him. He nodded.
"Yeah, how'd you guess?" She smiled back.
"I've heard a lot about you."
"A lot huh? Like what? Anything good?" He asked as she leaned on the counter.
"Well, I've heard about your studies. How your working on created life-like dolls. Humonculi right?" He nodded.
"Yeah that's them." He said, surprised anyone knew. That was mostly confidential stuff. "How did you knwo?" She laughed.
"Newport is known for gossip. And when your a nurse, you hear about things like people trying to bring people back to life." Her tone changed as she said this.
"Oh no, I don't bring anyone back to life. That would go against the laws of alchemy."
"Exactly. But some do." She sighed. "And your research is what exactly?"
"Mostly making the dolls. They haven't been tested yet though. My goal is to actually create beings out of feelings, or emotions. I'm working on one right now called Desire." She made a face slightly.
"Desire? Why that?"
"Well, if you think about it. Everyone has desire in them. For one thing or another." He smiled. "Desire: To feel or want strongly. An often negitive emotion, but desire can be welcomed as good when used to benifit others." He quoted. "I'm also working a few others." She smiled.
"Interesting." She said. "So, what did you want here?" She asked.
"Oh, right. I came to ask if I can study. Maybe go through your records and things like that."
"How come?" She asked tilting her head slightly.
"Understand humans better. Learn their components and stuff like that." She shrugged.
"I suppose you could." He smiled.
"Really? That would be wonderful!" She laughed at him.
"Alright, then follow me."

And that's how they met.
Father was there to get information.
And she was working hard to help people.
But after seeing each other day after day...
They feel in love.

He asked her to marry him Spring of the following year.
And she said yes...
Jonathan getting further into his studies...

It would be another two years before his break through.
Now, also at this time, Iris was having despression issues.
She wanted a daughter.
A son.
Anything would work, but she wanted a child.
But no matter what, she couldn't...

This was when Desire came in...
Father had finally perfected her.
Bringing her to life.
Desire was like a child at first.
Learning everything, day by day with father.
Though she looked as though she was in her late twenties.

That was when trouble started...

Jonathan and Iris got in a fight.
Iris thought Jonathan didn't love her because he spent all his time with Desire.
So she left him.

Jonathan Sunny was married to Desire in the fall.
Iris didn't know...

It was then, Jonathan and Desire had a child.
A baby girl...
Me...

Desire loved that child.
It was her child.
Her baby.
Her little Lizzy...

Two years after the birth, Jonathan ran into Iris...
A mistake.

"Jonathan?" A soft voice asked looking over at the man. He was in the middle of buying groceries. He turned to see A light haired woman. She stared at him, surprise in both their eyes.
"Iris?" He whispered. She smiled running over and hugging him.
"Oh Jonathan!" She said as he hugged her back. "I'm sorry...I'm sorry...I shouldn't have yelled at you...please, I want you to come back. Both of you if you want." She said smiling. Jonathan felt horrible.
"Uh...Iris...I don't think I can..." She looked up at him.
"What do you mean?" He sighed.
"Desire and I...we're married." Iris gasped slightly, her eyes growing large.
"Wh-what...?" She backed away.
"It was later that year. I married her..." Iris put a hand to her mouth, trying not to cry.
"You married that creature..."
"Iris don't say things like that about her." He snapped lightly. Iris nodded putting her hand down.
"I see..." She gasped again looking at what he was buying. He had a few toddler toys, along with a few 'big girl' sippy cups. She stared at them then looked back at him. He sighed.
"I have...we have a daughter." He said softly. Iris looked heartbroken.
"What do you mean? I thought...I thought you said they were just dolls. Dolls brought to life with fake souls. How could you...?"
"I upgraded Desire when we got married. Gave her new brainwaves, changed her body slightly, changed her organs, their functions..."
"And now you have a daughter...?"
"Yes...she'll be two next week. She has my red hair...in fact, just about all of her looks like me. Desire doesn't have genetic traits yet. Meaning Liz is mostly me, only female."
"Liz?"
"Elizabeth." He said nodding.
"I...I..." She shook her head sobbing. "I wanted you to come back to me Jonathan..." She whispered. He stared at her, heart broken.
"Iris..."
"What's it like?" She said, intrupting.
"What does you mean?"
"Liz...what's it like to have a child. Someone to take care of. Someone who is made from you. Someone who, grows up, wanting to be you." He gulped slightly, a lump in his throat growing.
"It feels...wonderful." He said, not wanting to lie. She nodded.
"I see..." She felt tears weld up in her eyes. "Jonathan...I want you back. I want you to come back. I want us to have a family. Please." She looked at him, the tears falling lightly. "I'll do anything..."
"Iris...I just can't leave them."
"Then at least be with me for a while!" She said, almost despritly. "I'll do anything please. I want a family. Just give me that." He looked at her, feeling such a feeling of regret.
"I'll...I'll do my best."

Daddy didn't show up for my second birthday.
I didn't know it at the time.
But he was with her.
I didn't know...
But she did...
Desire knew everything...

"Jonathan, where have you been?" Desire asked, a slight glare on her face. Her tone not so caring as it had usually been.
"Oh, Desire. I was...away." He said. It was easy to lie to her.
"I see...you were with her weren't you?"
"Who?" He asked softly.
"With that seducer. Iris. You were with her weren't you?" She asked, venom dripping from her voice. He stared at her for a while before sighing.
"I have been...yes. I won't lie to you there." She glared even more, her eyes watering.
"So, you went behind my back. You left me. You left us! For how long?!"
"It's been a month now. A month and three weeks."
"I see. And why were you away?"
"Because. I had to...be with her. I felt guilty."
"You felt guilty?! Guilty about what?! She kicked you out of her life!"
"I know but I had to help her."
"Help her with what?!" He was quiet after she shouted this. He sighed looking down.
"Iris is pregnaut..." Desire's eyes grew as she heard this. She backed away slightly.
"Pregnaut..? You mean...she is-"
"Going to have a baby. A girl we hope."
"We?" She whispered harshly. He nodded.
"I have to be there for them."
"What about me? What about Liz? You missed her second birthday. You think she'll just forgive you?!"
"Desire, she's only a child, she won't remember any of this when she's older." Desire stared at him, her face, still holding the glare.
"I understand...very well. You may go."
"Go?"
"Go! Go to your Iris! Have your child! I don't care!" She shouted. Both remained quiet for sometime before she spoke again. "I want you back as soon as the baby is born." He sighed, but nodded in agreement. "I'll tell Liz you just went away for a while..."

That's what she told me.
And I believed her for a long time...
It was a year later when daddy came back.
Of course, by this time I had a younger sister.
Lena Sunny.
A sweet baby who hardly ever cried.
Looked a lot like her mother.
Daddy came back and acted like nothing had even happened.
Trying to forget about the other child.
Focusing more on me.
But he couldn't...

I remember the day mom got jealous.
It was a rainy night.
I was five years old.
Lena was two.
Mom left while dad was out.
She said she had to run an errand.
But when she came back...
Something wasn't right...

Desire stepped into the large house, soaking wet. Her dress she wore stuck to her body, her long black hair draped over her face. In one hand, a blody knife.
"Right. For me."

We grew up together.
From then on.
We were together.
Lena and I...
We were sisters after all.
We ate together.
Played together.
Slept together.
But I guess that's where some trouble started in...

I was ten.
Lena was six.
The kids were picking on her.
That's when she got her nickname...

"Yuri*." He grinned.

After that, everyone called Lena Sunny, Yuri.
Just Yuri.
And no one made fun of her for it.
I was an alchemist in training.
No one made fun of an alchemist.
Or her family...

But my alchemy could only get me so far...
That day...
The day my father died...
Was the day our real journey began...

"What...?"

I was young.
I didn't know what to do.
After watching my father's death, I had no choice.
If Desire couldn't be stopped...
If Yuri would die...
I did what I had to do...
I killed her.

He took us in after I told him what happened.
He kept us like we were his own kids.
Or rather, we were the militaries kids.
We walked around like we ran the place.
And everyone listened to us.
They pitied us...

Help us?!
I wished it could.
But it could have only gotten worse...

The years we stayed at the military we not just playing around.
While Yuri was off doing her own thing, I was busy on my own.
Practicing my alchemy.
Reading up on it.
Using my skills to benifit us.
I worked in the library a lot, reading everything there was.
From the basics to advantced, to recent studies.
One of which I was familiar with:
JONATHAN SUNNY; SEWING LIFE ALCHEMIST
STUDIES 1-8
My father's studies...
All about how to create humonculi.
Like my mother...

I didn't want another one, but the book interested me.
I wanted to learn how to bring someone back.
I wanted to know how to put a soul into a replica of the past host.
I wanted my father back...
And I would do anything...

It was december when we started.
Yuri was up in her room, playing with her toys like always.
She was eight now, and I was twelve still.
Of course, my birthday was just days away.
I had gathered everything needed for the transmutation:
Water, 35 liters.
Carbon, 20 kilograms.
Ammonia, 4 liters.
Lime, 1.5 kilograms.
Phosphorus, 800 grams.
Salt, 250 grams.
Saltpeter, 100 grams.
Sulfer, 80 grams.
Flurine, 7.5 grams.
Iron, 5 grams.
Silicon, 3 grams.
And trace amounts of 15 other elements...
That was all it took to create a human body.
If only it was that simple...

Later on that day I found out that I fainted in the basement.
After successfully bringing my sister back.
It was a good thing I did.
Otherwise we both would have died there.
Yuri's soul was transfered and after she freaked out a little bit, she had enough strength in her to call Mustang.
He came right over and save me from bleeding to death.
Yuri stayed by my side the whole time.

Eventually a automail repair man came over and fixed me up.
The pain was horrible.
Both my leg and arm.
I found out I lost my leg in exchange for my sister...
A trade I would have gladly paid...

It took a while to get use to the automail.
But I was determined.
I worried about Yuri all the time.
Wondering if she was okay.
She didn't understand for a long time, then found it to be fun.
She actually was even more popular around the headquarters then she was before.
A cute little doll walking and talking.
So adorable...
They still pitied us...
But me...
I was too busy worrying about learning my alchemy to care.

We traveled for a while, Humonculi on our trail.
And along the line on our journey, I ended up losing everything I held dear to me.
I won't get into that now though...
That's another story for another day...
Thinking about it still brings tears to my stainless eyes.

But I can't say I wasn't warned...

Everyone told me alchemy would be hard...
Everyone told me to avoid it...
But I never listen...
I never did...
And now I know...

THE END
