We (Webmaster Anthony Goulding of Birmingham, England and Dr. George Marshall of Nova Scotia, Canada) are looking to work with a small team of people who are inspired by the project's vision and income potential. Brief overview: Creating Income Enterprise
The project, which is very ambitious, is gathering a head of steam. The project is aimed at - but not limited to - creating income for those living in rural areas, seniors and baby boomers.
For these target markets (rural residents and seniors), opportunities have to be zero or very low risk, and simple with lots of support and guidance provided.
That's our goal and I am now working with a small group (family, friends, neighbors, and associates) to demonstrate that this can work and then use that evidence to convince various funding agencies into supporting a demonstration project in the rural location where I live.
It solves a major problem faced by government agencies responsible for citizen's economic well being, namely jobs and income for rural residents and seniors.
This initiative will work but it requires careful planning, research in depth, precise execution and the assembly of the proper team of people.
Replication across the World is our ultimate goal. The income potential is immense but we need to establish a very strong foundation and a superb team.
This model and the action plan and guidance document we will develop could be applied to many different locations around the world. Thus we are seeking interested persons to join us in the early phases.
NOTE: Some may join us to create an income; some may join us to work on the project, and some to do both.
I feel well qualified to lead this initiative but obviously cannot do it alone.
Brief summary of my experience and background
George is the founder and chairman (retired) of Clear Picture Corporation Clearpicture an Internet-based survey company located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
He received a doctorate in psychology from New York University and spent two decades teaching and conducting research in the human communication area at several universities in the United States and Canada.
George has written three books on the application of computers to business for Prentice Hall, and a book of children's poetry.
His most recent book published in 2003 is entitled, From a World of Madness to a World of Sanity: Guides for Action and is based on his three decades of involvement with Shambhala and Buddhism.
He currently lives on a small farm in Nova Scotia and is involved in establishing a project entitled The Creating Income Enterprise directed to researching, selecting and guiding people to income opportunities on the Internet that are low risk and offered by companies of integrity.
His next book of personal essays entitled Whatever You Are It's Good to Be is due for release in the spring of 2004.

Online income opportunities take time to build and they also require a team approach; that is, signing up other people who want to create an income.
Let me describe our approach. We recommend opportunities based on
