• Annapolis Mothers of Multiples is a fellowship of mothers in the Annopolis Area sharing the incredible journey of parenting twins, triplets, or quadruplets.

• Columbia Area Mothers of Multiples is a non-profit organization which serves parents of multiples in the Central Maryland region.

• Frederick County Parents of Multiples is a support network for parents, grandparents and caregivers of twins, triplets and other higher order of multiples from all over the Frederick County and the surrounding areas.

• Montgomery County Parents of Multiples is a volunteer group that provides both support and social activities for its members in Montgomery County, MD

• Mothers of Multiples of Prince George County is a volunteer group that provides friendship and support to Mother's of twins or higher order births.  We welcome families in Prince George's County, MD and surrounding areas.

Virginia

• Eastern Prince William Mothers of Twins Club is organized to be of aid to mothers of multiples in Prince William County area and for education, research and charitable purposes. 

• Fredericksburg Area Mothers of Twins Club is an organization of mothers, expectant mothers, grandmothers, and legal guardians of multiples in the Fredericksburg area whose purpose is to broaden the understanding of those aspects of child development and rearing which relate especially to multiples.

• Loudoun-Fairfax Mothers of Multiples Club serves parents of twins/triplets and higher order multiples in the Loudoun and Fairfax Counties of Virginia.

• Northern Virginia Parents of Multiples consists of a energetic bunch of parents who spend a good portion of their daily routine chasing their twins and/or higher order multiples and singletons.

• Peninsula Mothers of Multiples is dedicated to providing support for parents and/or guardians of twins, triplets, and other multiple birth children in Virginia's southern peninsula including Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, York County, and Williamsburg.

• Portsmouth Mothers of Twins Club is an organization that provides both support and social activities for its members in the Portsmouth area.

• Prince William Mothers of Multiples Club is an organization created to support mothers, fathers, and families of multiples in the Manassas/Prince William County, Virginia area.

• Richmond Area Mothers of Multiples offers support for expectant mothers of multiples and for those mothers who have already delivered their multiples.

• Shanendoah Valley Parents of Multiples is a non-profit organization which serves parents of multiples in Clarke, Page, Frederick, and Warren counties in Virginia and Berkeley, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, and Morgan counties in West Virginia.

• Southern Maryland Parents of Multiples is a non-profit organization that serves expectant parents, parents, grandparents and legal guardians of multiple birth children in St. Mary's and Calvert Counties.

• Southside Area Mothers of Multiples serves families of multiples in the Richmond area, providing support for mothers of twins, triplets and more.

• Tidewater Mother of Multiples Club is a place for parents of twins, triplets and more to find support, advice and information on multiple pregnancy and raising multiples in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chespeake, Hampton, Newport News, Suffolk and Portsmouth.

Other

• Mid-Atlantic Parents of Multiples is a State Association that brings together Mothers of Multiples Clubs.  There are approximately 22 member clubs from Virginia, W. Virginia and Maryland.

• Mothers of Supertwins (M.O.S.T.) is an international non-profit organization devoted to education, information and resources for families with triplets, quadruplets and more

• National Organization for Mothers of Twins Clubs, Inc. is a non-profit, nation-wide support group for parents of twins and higher order multiple birth children.
