Welcome,

  2017 -2018 Sho-me Heat Season is Here!.

Come work out with the 5th-6th grade teams now, or try out for our 7-8th grade, and High School Sho-me Heat Girls Basketball Programs.

Try-outs for Elite and Competitive teams will begin in late Feb/early March!

Limited travel for 5-6th grades, but lots of playing, learning and fun.  This is the best time to learn the game! 


If you are interested in your daughter participating, please fill out a try-out form.

We play competitive basketball and would love to include you in 2017-2018.

 We have a few openings on all our teams at this time.

High School Girls - We are currently looking for 1 additional Great Post Player, a 3 point Shooting Guard and 1 point guard who strives for greatness on

the court, greatness n the classroom, great competition and is a great team mate, to add to our current team.

This is a very competitive group, who will be attending several Serious College Exposure events the spring/summer of 2018.

If you think you or your daughter would fill that role, and you would be interested in trying out with us, please contact us.

The Sho-me Heat Staff strives to prepare each athlete to achieve their own personal best.  We are enthusiastic about coaching and will work together to provide our teams the best positive environment their basketball skills, play with and against great competition, make new friends and have fun.

Since 1996, the Sho-me Heat Girls Basketball Club has provided hundreds of basketball players the opportunity to develop their skills by competing with and against the best athletes in the state and the nation.  With its emphasis on high quality competition, athletes from Missouri, Illinois and even some farther(Ireland) have chosen to make the Sho-me Heat their elite basketball club.

    The Sho-me Heat concept is to bring together the best athletes to compete against the best competition across the nation. Sho-me Heat has gone to many of the Nations Premiere exposure tournaments, AAU Nationals, Junior Olympics, Nike, and the Best Local Exposure events including the MELTDOWN- www.meltdownhoops.com and the Longest Running Spring Exposure Event in Missouri held in Missouri  - the Show-me Showcase. 

  Now in it's 19th year, the Sho-me Heat Basketball Club is highly respected by college coaches because of its depth and desire and continual success of it's teams. The success of the athletes that have played with the Sho-me Heat is unsurpassed.  The Sho-me Heat name is highly regarded and an easily recognizable name throughout the country.
