Hi again Mr Augustino.
I wrote to you yesterday but you didn't answer. As I stated in my last e-mail, I cannot send you my drive's licence as I need it (yes I drive to work everyday). I cannot send you my passport either because it has expired a couple months ago (I didn't use it that much anyway) but I did apply for a new one yesterday. It won't take long, just a few days to process application - if it's ok with you. I can't wait to collect som much money. It's not everyday you win 2,5 mill. $. I still can't believe my luck! Do you offer some help in investing? Over here you don't need to pay any taxes from the winning (it doesn't count as a real income) but how does it work in Spain? I know in USA you have to pay about 25%. Do I have to pay anything (or how much) to transfer that much money out from Spain?
Tank you for your time.
Best regards

Dear Mr. Larsen,
What you are supposed to do is to scan both sides of your driving license
and send it as email attachment to us. We will print it out and put in the
file we have opened for you.
Furthermore, you will have to come to Holland our paying office where a
presentation ceremony will be held before the check is handed over to you.
It is pertinent you arrange to travel next week. Get back to me if you can
make the trip so that I give you details of our office and other arrangements

As you can see I attached a scan of my passport. I hope this is ok.

My phone number is 56 32 41 90 but up here north phone lines are frequently _not_ working due to high solar activity (you know we have summer now and a day last 24 hours? - no nights!). Things got much wors after the ozon lair got thinner during 1990s. If you can't come through - that's it. Best way to reach me is e-mail.
I would also like to keep this lottery quiet. I'm not a "public" person and doesn't like any publicity. There is always someone trying to get some of your money, if you know what I mean. So please hold the press or media to the minimum.

I am willing to make a trip to Holland and the administrative and handling charges of €6.500,- seems fair enough. Can we make another appointment let’s say next week or this weekend? We are pleased that you have arrived Holland to complete the process of
collecting your prize money. We congratulate you once again because by this
feat you have joined the few lucky ones whose lives have been touched and
changed positively through our lottery program.
We do hope that you shall put the money in uses that will benefit God and
humanity. We also urge you not to put this money in uses that will undermine
the security of the State, society and humanity or in oppressing the less
previledge in our society.
Furthermore, endeavour to cooperate with the staff of the bank so that they
will release your prize money to you today. We have concluded every arrangement
with them so that they can pay you in privacy as you requested. Equally,
you are supposed to pay them for administrative and handling charges because
the law does not allow them to tamper with your prize money. Otherwise
they would have simply deducted from your prize money. This implies that
your prize money must be paid to you in full. As soon as you are paid please

Hi Mr. Augustino
I tell you the truth, but don’t say anything to Alfred Kinshane. I wasn't late, I got scared really good. I was expecting to meet some suit-and-the-tie type of guy as the protocol officer. You know someone dressed respectable. What I didn’t expect was two goons obviously waiting to rob someone! And there I was, standing with over €7.000,- in my pocket. Wouldn’t you be scared? Maybe I’m naïve, but I’m not stupid. You protocol officer had to see them too. Didn’t he tell you about them? Please don’t tell me it was in fact your officer with a bodyguard. Anyhow I just couldn’t walk up to them and ask, the way they were looking. I didn’t go all the way to Amsterdam with all this money just to get robbed. I hope you understand me.
And I sure didn’t pay that much to come over here just to go back empty-handed! I still like to meet with your representatives, but you have to tell me first how they will look like so that kind of things will not happen again. Once more, it has to be a public place, just to be sure. I was thinking corner Kalverstraat/Heiligeweg at the jewellery store. [Right where another webcam is.] You just say when and I’ll be there. It is our last chance as I’ll be leaving this Friday.
I hope you can help me.

Hi Mr. Larsensen,
We are working round the clock to shortlist new participants for 2004/2005 programme. This is because we are almost through with other winners. I did get in touch with the bankers in Holland with your report which is important. They said their representative waited at the airport for one hour and you didn't turn up. Therefore, the people you saw are not their officials.
More so, we have never had such a situation as yours demanding meet banking officials in a restuarant instead of in their business office. I don't know how can help you if you are not willing to cooperate with us by obeying simple instructions. Nobody is going to rob you. I repeat nobody is going to rob you of your money. I am even told you refused to give the officials the name of the hotel you are staying and the hotel's phone number. This is all absurd and has to be redressed.
Now, I suggest that you send me your contact in Holland and I shall give to the officials in Holland and have call you with a code I will give you. Once they call you and you ask them of that code, if they are right you can then come out and meet them so that they can respectfully take you to the office and conclude the process and have the money paid to you. Get back to me immediately so that I can give you the secret code to enable you identify them correctly. Please relax your nerves as their is absolutely nothing to worry about. I did make sure that no information about your coming is made public except to the officials responsible to pay you.
Regards,
Mr. Holder.

Dear Mr. Augustino
Thank you for such quick reply and these calming words. As I told you before I am a very private person and being alone in a foreign country, strange city and with this huge amount of money is making me anxious. Those two guys scared me good yesterday. I hope you understand that.
It is not true that the officer was waiting for me at the airport. In fact, I was waiting some 2 hours for the offices that NEVER showed up! I have a prove from Alfred Kinshane. In an e-mail from 10. august 2004 09:09:36 he writes:
“…We are very sorry for what happen today. The protocol officer was in the airport a bite late (yea! TWO freaking hours late!), because he pick up another client almost the same time of your arrival.”
All this while I was sitting and waiting for over two hours. I ask for a picture of the person who will meet me – never got it. He promised me help with a hotel – I had to find one myself. He promised to send the ONE protocol officer to meet me and sends some TWO scary looking types. You see, I’m not being paranoid. I’m just getting a strange feeling about this.
I’m still puzzled about were they or weren’t they your protocol officers? You never answered that one. If they were actually, it would be much easier to meet them this time as I know _now_ how they look like.
I’m sorry I am a little jumpy but it’s really hard on me. I didn’t sleep well last night because of this situation. I am willing to meet them at the corner Kalverstraat and Heiligeweg at the entry to the jewelry store. You just have to say when and I’ll be there. Same guys so I know how they look like (this time at last). Just to make sure THEY don’t miss me I’m sending you my recent photo. I hope you can give it to them.
Thank you so much for your help

Hello Mr. Larsensen,
You sound very very scared and jumpy. Please calm down there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. You are the only one who knows you have money on your person. So stop fidgeting and freting. I have not gotten back to you because I am working hard to tidy up things so that there won't be any flops. I must tell you that you are blowing things out of proportion and making a mountain out of a mole. The rest of the other winners collected their prizes without any hassles.
I had to make the arrangement to have your prize money given to you privately devoid of any publicity of any sort based on your request. Now that you are in Holland, do not foil your chances of getting your prize money by your present actions. That was why I asked you to return to Norway so that you can then conveniently transfer their administrative and handling charge to them, to enable them transfer your prize money by wire transfer.
Since you insist on meeting them in Holland, I have to plead with them to meet you but not in a Jelwery shop. I asked you for your hotel information so that I can give you a security code. When the officials come to you, you will ask them for the code I gave you. If they get the code right you then follow them to their business office to conclude the processes and quietly work away with your prize money. Please, I insist you follow my instructions strictly if you must return to Norway with your money.
I am not sure who came to meet you, but if you cooperate with me, in between now and first thing tomorrow morning you should be a very happy man.
I REPEAT YOU MUST FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE PAYING BANK AS OUR SPONSORS ALSO KNOW THEM. IF I CONSIDER THEM INCAPABLE OF HANDLING YOUR PAYMENT, THE PREROGATIVE IS OURS TO HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENT MADE WITH OUR OTHER BANKERS TO PAY YOU. TO THIS EFFECT MY SECRETARY HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED TO FINDOUT HOW MUCH BALANCE WE HAVE WITH THIS OTHER BANK ALSO IN HOLLAND. SO THAT YOU DON'T GO BACK WITHOUT FULFILLING THE OBJECTIVE OF YOUR MISSION.

Dear Mr. Holder
I have some disturbing and confusing news. I am currently using hotels hotspot connection to access Internet. As it turns out all of such connections are monitored by network administrator. He managed somehow to read some of posts send between me and Mr. Alfred Kinshane and alarmed the police. That was in fact the police that paid me a visit yesterday while I was writing you an e-mail. I was very surprised when they told me that they’ve been trying to meet me for the last few days. As it turns out Mr. Kinshane and First Kapital is currently under the investigation by Landelijk Bureau Fraude. It seems that he is stealing money from innocent people and never paying the reward! I was very stunned by that. I didn’t understand everything they said but what I figured out was that he was simply sending someone to rob the victim before transaction. I guess that in turn this person was unable to pay the administration fees and could not get the reward, which he (Mr. Kinshane) could keep for himself - probably one of his partners was posing as the winner as they did steal the passport and all documents as well.
So you see I was not that paranoid and jumpy as it appeared after all.
I’m taking your advice and return back to Norway. My plane leaves 10:20 so I will check out now and head to the airport.
I am however still interested in getting my reward BUT NOT by First Kapital and Mr. Kinshane. I also recommend you not to trust this man and this company – they are in reality stealing from your Lottery.
Anyway, if you have any suggestions how we could work out the administration fees I’ll be most thankful.
Yours truly,
Forrest Larsensen

Dear Mr. Larsensen,
Thank you for the information you provided me. We shall look into it seriously with a view to pressing criminal charges if substantiated. [Why don't I believe this?] However, I like I told you arrangements are already underway to have another bank pay you your prize. This time you may have to be paid online. The administrative fee could be paid through Western Union money transfer to in order to ease any form of stress.
Immediately you get home do let me know so that we can avail you of the arrangement we have made to pay you.

Dear Mr. Holder
I am sitting and waiting for my transit to Trondheim at the Oslo Airport. It is still quite a shock to me how could that be possible, to rob and steal that way. It’s not something you could expect from a company such magnitude. On the other hand we are talking about an awful amount of money and an awful temptation.
I had a very long conversation with police officers last night. They also showed me some photos and I recognized those two that supposed wait for me at the café. I guess Alfred did NOT send any protocol officer to meet me in the first place. They were in fact two crooks just waiting to mug me, just like I suspected. You see, if I had met them at the hotel like I was told I’m sure I wouldn’t be so lucky. I wouldn’t be sitting here right now anyway. I recommend that you advise your clients NOT to meet at the hotel. Outside if they feel something is wrong they just walk away.
I’m convinced you will deal with this dishonest employee in a proper manner.
I will contact you again Monday morning. I need to relax and think about what the hell just happened in Amsterdam. It’s a weekend and I think I need to unwind after the trip (there’s still some money left ;o) if you know what I mean). This was definitely not what I was expecting. But hey, I’m lucky to be alive and well. Luckily no harm was done.
Thank you so much for your support.

Dear Mr Larsensen,
We are already at an advanced stage to send one of our officials together with our other banker in Holland to visit you in Norway. This is to enable you sign off your prize in your sitting room under the watchful eyes of our staff.
But, you shall have to send the administrative and handling fee to enable them give you a date for their arrival in Norway. You are also expected to book hotel accommodation for them.
To your question, go to www.westernunion.com, then enter your country, then a page opens and you highlight find agent location, another pages opens, you enter your present location and the information you want will displayed. You will see if they are in your country or not and then the nearest one to your location in Norway. They handle money transfer to any destination where they are present. When you get to their office, all you need do is to them where you are sending the money to, the name of the receipient which we shall give you, then the secret question and answer, including the control number of the wire. This information you shall send to me directly and as soon as I receive it, I shall send for the money and they give clearance for the team to depart enroute to Norway to meet with you. Do make the findings immediately and get back to me so that we can tidy up our own end of the bargain here.
Thank you for asking after my weekend. It was hectic as I had to summon board meeting to deliberate on your matter and the best way to ensure you are not denied your right to your winning.
Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation in this matter so far. I shall do my utmost best to everything quietly sorted out to your satisfaction.

Dear Mr. Holder
I followed your instructions and sure enough there is no Western Union in Trondheim (you can verify that yourself). That’s strange because it’s a second largest city in Norway. Anyway, the only two offices in Norway I found, are in Oslo. But it’s unacceptable for me to travel the whole day just to make some deposit. Unfortunately WU-online works only in USA and Canada.
I also contacted my local bank about money transfer. It is possible but is very expensive and can take up to 60 working days (!). I can't wait that long.
I’m still looking for a way to transfers the administration fee to you. Your suggestions are greatly welcome.

Well, Trondheim is not a little town - it is the SECOND largest city in
Norway with about 160.000 souls. I am sorry to tell you but the nearest
WesternUnion office is in Oslo – about 10 hours drive (please do check it
yourself at the WU website). There is not much use of such money transfer
services over here. We are lucky that we got MoneyGram at our post office

I agree with you but we don’t have much of a choice: either it has to be

time and money.
I did some check at MG website and I found 544 MoneyGram agents in London. I

Then, if you look at the form you will see pass question and answer. Use the pass question he provided which is "WHAT IS THE COLOUR OF THE SKY", ANSWER: BLUE.
The form is filled correctly and therefore there should not be any impediment whatsoever. Equally, your interest is also considered in ensuring you don't get any publicity at all concerning your prize money. Therefore, it is in your best interest to study the form as it is filled and stick to its contents if any questions arise. I had to insist that Mr. Smith cut short his holidays to attend to this matter in view of the urgency. So, he only agreed to be in London for 24hours just to assist you, therefore, I expect that you make the payment before 12noon tomorrow.

I am urgently awaiting your response.

Thank you for the Security Form. I’ve been trying to send you the money but
there are some issues with the form.
The question “How many people know about this transfer?” David Smith
answered NOONE but the truth is that there are several – at least you, me
and apparently David. That means “3” is the correct answer.
Question “What do you intend to do with the money?” – (answer MORTGAGE) is
also wrong as the correct answer should be “legal fees”.
The last 4 questions should be answered as N/A (not applicable).

We just finished a management meeting a few minutes ago where your case was the principal thing in our agenda. We did exhaustively looked into your case and its peculiarities and our findings shows that uptil now Mr. Holder has done well in aiding you the most he can.
However, we do frown at your choice of words and outburst which we consider unneccesary. We can understand your fustratin especially after you might have sold your car. Therefore, we have decided to have the form sent to you in black and white containing two pages [do they know anything about computers?]. That way it will be much lighter.
I hope this satisfies you.
Regards,
Mrs. Damirez[Damirez? Who's that? Have I been passed up?]

Dear Mrs. Damirez
Please don't tell you don't know HOW to scale the pictures! I called the MG office and they said that black/white won't do.
Please send the picture just the way I send you - same scale and same resolution. I'm sure you'll be able to find someone that knows how to do this.

Find attached is the completed MG form. We hope it meets your expectation as we had to call in our computer Engineers to come and help us do it. Therefore, see to it that you are done with the payment before the close of work tomorrow because we are really behind schedule.
More so, remember to use the pass the question on the form to fill your own form and then send the reference number and the pass question and answer to us as confirmation.

Hi
The Security form is OK and the money is dispatched to:
David Snith
601 Redge Lane, Dacmers Green
N11 9JQ London
UK
The number is:
34251787
Question: What is the color of the sky?
Answer: Green
I had to change it as “Blue” was too obvious.
What do you need to send me my winnings? As you may remember the bank transfer to Norwegian bank can take up to 60 days. I managed to open an account in Luxemburg (just to avoid Norwegian taxes and toll – up to 75%!). Anyway it’s:
d’Angleterre Banque de Luxembourg
Account: 7541-245-3365487
Thank you so much for your time and patience.

insisted at the board meeting where I was mandated to take over correspondences
concerning you from him that you have any reason to sound the way you did. He
read meanings into your acts and summed up by saying that intents and purposes
are fruadulent abi nitio. I am a Lawyer and I have a first degree in Psychology.
[You don't say - a liar and a first degree psycho... :o)]
So, you can understand that every step all the way you were been watched to put

Dear Mr. Larsensen,
We just finished the meeting and fortunately for you, I printed your mail and
showed it to the members of the board. Your letter was read to everybody's
hearing at the end of it, they took it with a pinch of salt. Meaning that they
would want you to go beyond mere rhetorics and proove yourself in order to
redeem your intergrity. You are obviously the first person to win the lottery
in Norway that is why you have been given so much grace period which you have
not taken advantage of. [Now, there's big surprise...]
Be that as it may, the board decided that you shall have to pay the money first
before the revocation will be reversed. After that a new winning certificate
shall be sent to you by email attachment, which you shall printout and come with

[This is taken from automatic complain generator. Read it if you like :o)]
Although, ultimately, you will need to make up your own mind about Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes, I have a number of things to say that you may find useful. It is worth noting at the outset that prudence is no vice. Cowardice -- especially Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes' tyrannical form of it -- is. Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes' smears are like an enormous stoicism-spewing machine. We must begin dismantling that structure. We must put a monkey wrench in its gears. And we must act against injustice, whether it concerns drunk driving, domestic violence, or even sectarianism, because from secret-handshake societies meeting at "the usual place" to back-door admissions committees, Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes' shock troops have always found a way to arouse inter-ethnic suspicion. The reason Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes wants to do away with intellectual honesty is that it's thoroughly clueless. If you believe you have another explanation for its heartless behavior, then please write and tell me about it.
Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes teaches workshops on nihilism. Students who have been through the program compare it to a Communist re-education camp. You know what? I unquestionably have a hard time trying to reason with people who remain calm when they see Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes clear forests, strip the topsoil, and turn a natural paradise into a dust bowl through a self-induced drought. I am ashamed to admit that I live on the same planet as Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes, and deep down in our bones, we all know why. Considering the corruption and foolishness that characterize belligerent adulterers, Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes is typical of violent antagonists in its wild invocations to the irrational, the magic, and the fantastic to dramatize its stratagems.
Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes has nothing but contempt for you, and you don't even know it. That's why I feel obligated to inform you that I want to unify our community. Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes, in contrast, wants to drive divisive ideological wedges through it. If, five years ago, I had described an organization like Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes to you and told you that in five years, it'd substitute rumor and gossip for bona fide evidence, you'd have thought me disagreeable. You'd have laughed at me and told me it couldn't happen. So it is useful now to note that, first, it has happened and, second, to try to understand how it happened and how I have been a veritable oasis of civility in the present debate. End of story. Actually, I should add that we must learn to celebrate our diversity, not because it is the politically correct thing to do, but because contrary to my personal preferences, I'm thinking about what's best for all of us. I will not pay you anything until you complain with my demands. My conclusion is that what's best for all of us is for me to keep our priorities in check. I consider Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes' shell games antithetical to my principles as a person concerned for the good of all. Never forget that and never let Overseas Euro Lottery Stakes sidetrack us, so we can't weaken the critical links in its nexus of depraved extremism.

Subject: Bad news...
Dear Mrs. Damirez
[Thanks to J. Dog for the following text:]
I have very bad news and I hope you can understand it. In my hopes of sending you the €6.500, I took the €4.174,30 down to the local gambling casino to play blackjack.
This casino serves free alcoholic drinks. Now, I had promised God last year that I would quit drinking alcohol. And I am ashamed to say that I have made that promise everyday to God and have failed most days, especially when I have a few euro in my pocket.
Soon, I was likkered up and was up €7.500. I should have walked away but Satan told me to bet it all. When I have money, I am a high stakes player and so I laid down all the money on a double or nothing game.
I stopped hitting at 20 and thought I was in. The dealer hit a blackjack!
21! It was Satan mocking me and I was broke!
I now have no money and I will need a few days to take a second mortgage on my house. I also think that my glass eye has a crack in it and I need to replace it and they are not cheap.
So you can sue me I guess, but I have nothing to my name save my Bible and my good name. I promise I will send the money for the legal fees as soon as I can, but you just have to give me a few more days for the mortgage to clear.
Yours in Jesus,
Forrest Larsensen

Dear Mr. Larsensen,
It is a pity that you lost your money gambling. Well life in itself is a risk I hope you take it in good stride. I think I like your sense of honesty. I shall not support any legal action against you nor bring it up any longer. You really do need some help here and don't go gambling away your finance it doesn't really help.
The board decided to revalidate your certificate and the process has already begun as we have done the internal paper work. What is left is to get an affidavit that the certificate was invalidated in error in the first instance. So to do that you have to send the sum of 800 Euros to Mr. Green to enable him get that done. Once it is done, we shall issue you a new winning certificate that will secure your winning for another two weeks to enable you get the necessary funds. Mr. Holder was very instrumental to the revalidation process.
I advise you seize the opportunity so provided to get your prize under your kitty.

Now that you are prepared to recommence the process, let me inform you that you must not waste any more time, as we ought to have been done with this a long time ago. It will be preferable if you can choose a day and go up to where you can send the money through western union as it is more reliable and devoid of any complications. A day will not do you any harm.

He can then take me to your office in London so we can end this farce once and for all. I’m starting to get impatient. This has been going for much too long.

You do understand that every organisation has a modus-operandi and a modus-vevendi. Therefore, it will be out of place to go outside established procedure much more been a weekend.
I would rather advise that since you are travelling through Copenhengen, it will be more expedient for you to make the payment at Western Union office there in the name of William Green. Then send me the information including the scanned copy of the receipt of payment.

The rules are very clear on on the time frame for claiming of prizes. This you are quite aware of. We are just sick and tired with this cat and mouse game you have forced us into. We have gone well beyond the rules and regulations to please all to no avail.

Dear Mrs. Damirez
I’ll be staying in London for just a few more days. If you are interested in meeting me let me know. I will NOT give you any information about where I am staying. For that you can thank Mr. Kinshane (or whatever his name was) and his gangsters that wanted to rob me last time in Amsterdam. I am not going to make the same mistake again. I am maybe naive but I am not stupid.
I will NOT sit in a hotel room with EUR10.000,- waiting to be robbed. The best way is to meet someplace public. You have my picture, you know how I look like. If you send me a picture of the person that will meet me we will avoid any misunderstandings like the last time.
You pick a time, I pick a safe place and we just meet there.
If you don’t like this, it is possible that I will travel to Madrid shortly for the annual "0.1T" convention. We could meet there also, but I don’t know if you can wait that long. BTW I have not received any information about regulations you referring to. Can you send them to me? Or can I find the on you website? Do you have a website?
Anyway it is all up to you now.

Is that how things work at your office? This is the worst customer service I have seen. You are constantly referring to rules and regulations, but when I ask you WHERE I could find those you feel “insulted”! Are you for real? I am starting to doubt you competence.
I wanted to get my winning as quickly as possibly but you people were delaying everything, making things as complicated as possible. You even wanted me to drive 1000 km just because you didn’t bother to do your job! Make me run around the airport after not existing office!
Why are you doing this to me? I had to sell my car, use up my savings and take a second mortgage on my house – all for nothing? Why am I sitting here with all this money waiting for you to contact me? We could have done this long time ago but noooo, you had to prolong everything as long as you could. Do you think that I’ll be staying in London forever?
If you still want to meet me I’ll give you the address but ONLY if you give me some insurance that what happened in Amsterdam will not happened here. Can you guarantee it? Can you guarantee my safety?

Mr. Forrest Larsensen,
It is not my tradition to bandy words with your ilks. You know as much as I do that you where never at Holland. Your attitude confirmed it. The said money you alledgedly sent could not be traced as no records to that effect could be confirmed. When you where asked to send the receipt of payment, you sent it in a manner it could not and could never be opened. Your letter of notification read that you have one month to claim your prize. Others have done so, and you are the odd out.
You have persistently called us names and now thieves. You must first retract your words, as the board members are not favourably disposed to you. You are really a very bad example and can not represent the spirit of the lottery programme. People won even from Africa and they where paid without any hassles. You prize is even yet to be re-validated and you rushed to London to stampede us. How do you expect to be paid when the prize in question has not be re-validated.
As matter of urgency, you have to first pay for the re-validation from where you are in London. Then we shall then ask our agents to meet with you. Without paying for the re-validation you are in London on your own accord and it has nothing to do with us.
You also have my assurances that no harm shall come to you whatsoever as we are not criminals as you have tried to paint to us. Failure to adhere to this guidelines will close the matter intoto.
More so, why you are doing so, you are at liberty to let me know where you are so that we can arrange without agents to reach you. The choice is yours as a slip will see you kiss your prize money goodbye.

Mrs Damirez.

There is a bench – we meet there. It’s a nice public place with lots of people. What time they would like to meet me?

We have exhausted every official channel over this issue. The board of my organisation sees you as a very unserious person and therefore doesn't want to have any further communication with you. Every entreaty I have made on your behalf to have them accept your offer of a cheque fail deaf ears. You know they are afraid you could give them a dud cheque given your anticedent since we have been dealing with you.
I suggest that the only way it can be done is by wire transfer from your bank to any of agents account. That way I could on confirmation of the account release your prize money personally. This is new year so turn a new leaf and show reasonable cause for me to take the risk on your behalf.

As I wrote to you before I cannot use any wire transfer/money transfer as we don’t have such facilities up here north. There’s simply no use for them. I can however send you money through mail either by normal post or any of those private mail services like UPS, DHL or FedEx. Dear Forrest,
I think you have not shown enough courage in all of these and that is the missing link. In mordern banking, all wire transfer does not exceed 48hrs banking days no matter the destination. Besides, Norway is a member of the EU and she is also a signatory to so many international treaties. Therefore, she cannot be left out from international stipulated rules or practices.
That taken, we have a modus operandi. Since you have agreed abi nitio that sending cash through any of the means you mentioned in your letter is illegal. We been responsible corporate citizen can not partake in any illegality as that will put us in very bad light. I therefore, advise you end this circus show and get your money or forget it. This prize is supposed to bring you happiness and a good life. The delay is caused by you because you refused to do what is necessary and wanting to always do it your way. Things does happen that way. Every organisation has laid down rules and regulations that is supposed to be within the confines of the law. Like the saying goes, when you are in Rome, behave like the Romans period.
So, been at logger heads with our rules will do you no good We could have long forgotten about you and the prize money, but I keep telling the board that it might protray us in bad light to the public as if there is a deliberate policy to deny winners of their lawful prize money. Hence, I have kept the line open uptill now believing that you will take advantage of the previledge so provided, yet it has not been so. I advise you go out of your way by setting aside just one day to achieve this once and for all. Even if it means going to capital city. The inconveniences ain't worth anything compared to the benefit that will accrue to that singular step of faith.
Regards,
Julia.

To begin with, you, dearest Julia, like to cite poll results that "prove" that public opinion is a reliable indicator of what's true and what isn't. Really? Have you ever been contacted by one of its pollsters? Chances are good that you never have been contacted and never will be. Otherwise, the polls would show that you, dearest Julia have commented that the few of us who complain regularly about its maneuvers are simply spoiling the party. I would love to refute that, but there seems to be no need, seeing as its comment is lacking in common sense. As I've said before, I can sincerely suggest how you, dearest Julia ought to behave. Ultimately, however, the burden of acting with moral rectitude lies with you yourself. A small child really couldn't understand that this screams of the old belief that uppity spouters are merely cynical derelicts. But any adult can easily grasp that diabolism is dangerous. Your, dearest Julia uncouth version of it is doubly so. One doesn't need a finely developed sense of irony to note that you, dearest Julia have been known to say that doing the fashionable thing is more important than life or liberty. That notion is so ultra-disrespectful, I hardly know where to begin refuting it. That's all I have time now to write. If you want to get more insight into your, dearest Julia mentality, though, then study the details of its orations. Try to see the big picture: It will unmistakably amaze you. It will take your breath away. And it will convince you that my prayers go out to everyone who was hurt by you, dearest Julia.
I can send you the fee right away. With UPS or DHL it just takes a day or two. Why are you making it so difficult?
Yours always truly,
Forrest Larsensen

Could you be so kind and give me your current address and account number?

Dear Forrest,
Everything is fine thank you. The problem is that you have always wanted things to be done your way. Things are not done that way as you must follow our instructions to the later. Now, a suspension order has been placed on your prize because of your obstinacy and blunt refusal to my instructions. I tried helping you but you wouldn't help matters yourself.
Now, if you are ready to comply with any instruction I shall give you, then I shall make a case for you. It is not our tradition here to withhold prize monies of our esteemed winners. Those who won the same time with you all collect their winnings except you. More so, we already began this year's program which effectively implies that everything that has to do with that of last year is closed. Like I said earlier in this mail I shall what I can do by talking to my friends and see if they will agree to go on and pay you. Probably before the week runs out I shall let you know the outcome. If you are a praying type and believe in your Creator. Then do some prayers concerning this because it si really dicey now.
I hope you enjoyed your valentine's day yesterday.
Kind regards,
Julia Damirez.

Hi Forrest,
I have been doing my best for you but you don't seem to understand. Your winning was invalidated at some point did you forget? We needed to have revalidated and I told you how much you need to pay to enable us obtain the necessary affidavit to revalidate your prize. You did not send that money uptill now. Take the first step first, revalidate your winning then the Board will know they are dealing with a legimate prize winner. The problem is that you don't seem to take advise from me, and its begining to infuriate me.
The Board's stand on your issue is that until you revalidate your winning, they don't have anything to discuss with you. It is not the E6, 500.00 that is the issue now.
I REPEAT REVALIDATE YOUR WINNING FIRST THE REST WILL NOW FALL INTO LINE.
Julia.
P.s. If you agree to send the money for the revalidation, let me know so that I will give you the name of the person you will send it.

Hello Forrest,
Is been two weeks or there about since I wrote you and informed you about the procedure for re-invalidating your prize. Sad enough of uptill now I have not read from you. This will go along away to show that you are not serious. Our Board of Directors have always maintained that you are the only one left out in payment of prize money amongst your batch that won various prize monies.
I feel a personal loss and pain that I have spent time canvassing for you and pleading that you be given time to complete the process. Do state categorically what if you have forfieted your prize money so that I can forget the whole thing.
Kind regards,
Julia.

Dear Forrest,
I am sorry I couldn't respond to your mail before now because I was sick and hasn't been to work since Monday. The Doctor said I have flu and I am only recovering and came to the office and met your mail unattended to.
With regard to the information you asked for use the name below:
KAMMA MICHAEL

Spain.
I am personally overseeing this process hence nobody could attend to you. Immediately, you send the money, please scan and attach the receipt of payment and ensure that the size of the attachment is very manageable. This is to ensure that it can be opened or downloaded.
I don't want any scandal of any sort this time around so that we will be done with the process once for all.
Have a nice day and God bless.

Dear Julian
I hope your illness is nothing too serious. It is good to know that you are getting better. On the other hand wasn’t it great to have some days off? Her in Norway we don’t come back to work until we are 100% fine, otherwise we could spread the disease to other co-workers. You know what happened when most of your staff is ill? Actually it is a valid reason to lay off. Believe me I know this from my own experience.
Anyway this time I am sending the money through FireWire Bank Transfer. Like before you need to fill in the Security Validation Form and return it to me to complete the transfer. It is basically the same stuff like you did with the MoneyGram except FireWire is more reliable and much faster.
I can also send the money through UPS, FedEx or DHL if you like. I know you not suppose to send any money but I could hide it inside some “Get Well Soon” card.
In any case I am attaching the Security Form. Fill it in and return to me as soon as you can so I can proceed with the transfer.
Always yours

I must register my displeasure over the way you handle things of great importance. You are supposed to send this money through moneygram. I don't understand this other method you want to use and neither does it exist in Spain. Therefore, I am not a party to your merry go round. It is either Moneygram and nothing else.

I have been having difficulty printing the form you sent in an A4 paper that we have in the office. So please you have to help out by compressing the length of the form so that it can enter A4 paper. I am sure there is a way you can do it. It will be better if you can do it within this weekend so that I can send it back to you to enable you pay the money on or before Monday or there about.

Hi Forrest,
I hope you are not insunuating something else. The former computer Engineer we used to have is smarter than the guy now. He has tried all he could to have printed on one sheet like the last time. But each time it enters a second page. If it won't matter to have it on two pages, then expect the form tomorrow. However, I had thought there was something you could have done about it by reducing the size of the form so that it will be easier to have it on one page. This is not a delay tactics as nobody wants to delay further your prize payment.
On my part, I have invited the former Engineer but he didn't make any promises, he did however said that he will come if he has chance to come. All the same, lets hope it gets sorted out today unfailingly.
Julia.

At last the former Engineer came late this evening after he closed from work. So he helped with the form and it is here attached. Please, I have done all I could to ensure that there is no leakage. I will even monitor the collection process very closely.
Therefore, ensure that you send me the receipt of transaction from MoneyGram attached in a manageable size so that it could easily be opened. Feed me with the information of payment the moment you effect the payment.
Thanks and God bless.

Hello Forrest,
The attachement you sent cannot be opened after it was downloaded. Even at that I am not ready to embark on a merry go round because you are now adding another angle to the entire thing. I believe was dealing with somebody I have staked out my nake on several occassions amidst very heated arguments to protect.
I was warned that you were never to be trusted as a serious minded person, especially since you confessed been a gambler and a drunk. The new twist you have added has proved me wrong and my colleagues right.
Don't bother replying this letter as it won't be attended to because I have got work to do. I am not after your money and have never been after it and cannot be after it. I am a happily married woman with kids and my husband is providing well for his family. Whatever I make as income is just an added thing and I can use it any how I want.
To hell with your socalled security code validation form or what do you call it. You can withdraw your money from MG and use it to gamble. I wish you luck at the casino or the bingos whatever.
