Welcome to the Ministry Of Dynamics F1 Team website. We are a team competing in a nationwide competition known as the Jaguar F1 in Schools Challenge which encourages the next generation of engineers to showcase their talent and skill. Our team consists of four members Harry Targett the Team Manager and Resources Manager, Andrew Pridding Manufacturing Engineer and Design Engineer, John Lucas the Design Engineer and Graphics Designer and Matt Day the Manufacturing Engineer.
Harry's job is to get everyone motivated and organised, to assign tasks to other team members and to ensure we are well marketed and have all the materials we need (no pressure). John creates the sponsors logos for the car and deals with other graphics assignments. John is responsible for the styling and aerodynamic performance of the car design (same for Andy) whilst Matt is responsible for advising team members on the manufacture of the car and the constraints of the machining process (same for Andy).
Those are the official jobs but generally we work together in a messy kind of way with everyone trying to control the carnage in their own ways(sigh).  Great news! We are now the official KS4 team for Lutterworth Grammar School and are currently testing our designs and begining the manufacturing process. Also we have a new KS4 site under construction for all the latest team and Jag news at www.teammodracing.bravehost.com We apologise if it seems a bit patchy.
