My model airport is a 1:500 Herpa Wings model airport. I built both the ground mat and the terminal by hand. My airport has two runways: Runway 9/36 (12', to scale it is 6,000') and Runway 18/27 (7', to scale it is 3,500') . A 14' (7,000') runway parallel to Runway 9/36 is planned. The airport currently has 52 jetbridges and 7 gates for smaller aircraft that require passengers to walk out to their plane. The terminal is divided into three concourses: B, C, and D.
