Description: Randomly adds three hundred types of NPCs to over a hundred cells to bring Morrowind's towns to life. It uses leveled lists so that what NPC spawns where is random (to a certain degree), and what the're wearing is random. Once spawned, the NPCs have a 20% chance of disappearing when you leave the cell they're in, so that a new NPC will reappear when you come back later. This simulates them travelling to and from towns, and going in and out of the taverns and shops, etc. The aim of the mod is to alleviate the 'staticness' of Morrowind's towns, which is a major complaint about the game. Visit a tavern, say hello to the patrons, then come back later and see that some have left, some are still there, and a few new faces have appeared.
The NPCs you will encounter include: Alchemists, Archers, Ashlanders, Auxiliary Legionnaires (non-Cyrodiilic Imperial Guards), Brewers, Buoyant Armigers, Commoners, Crusaders, Drunkards, Fences, Fletchers, Guards (Hlaalu, Redoran, Telvanni, Imperial and Royal, with male and female versions), Guard Captains (of all types), Healers, Herbalists, Knights, Lampwrights, Mages, Mercenaries (hirable), Morag Tong Assassins, Nobles, Novices, Ordinators (male, female and Elite), Pilgrims, Priests and Priestesses, Rogues, Tinkers, Travellers, Victualers (food sellers) and Warriors.

If the answer is yes, you might want to try this version of the old Girlfriend Breton mod, including 17 quests, some of them very simple "lover's quests", some of them very rewarding, while others might be dangerous and time consuming. As time passes, you will be able to develope your relationship with Laura, for better or for worse. If you keep on playing as usual, the quests will probably not interfere very much with your ordinary gameplay. Laura will basically respond as before, but now and then, when you least expect it, she will bring up new subjects and new missions. This will only happen at certain places and during certain conditions, so there might be hours of gameplaying between each quest.
Like in the old Girlfriend Breton plugin, Laura Craft will still be your old time girlfriend, and you will find her outside her little cottage, just to the left of the bridge to Vivec Foreign Quarters. However, she will have a very much extended background story to tell you, and, unless your personality is very high, she will be more reluctant concerning her feelings towards you. You will probably need to do some dating or maybe fulfil some of her quests in order to convince her that you are "worthy" her devotion.
What's new?
The story-line is the same as in ver 1.0-1.2.1. I am hoping to continue the story-line, but there are other modding projects I want to take care of first.

Havish adds a new landmass to the west of Vvardenfell, which contains a large city with Fighters, Mages and Thieves Guilds with many quests, a main plotline, and misc quests. It requires both Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
Design
old, old, old school!
If you played Daggerfall, you will feel at home here right away. The size, the layout, and many other aspects of the city of Havish are very reminiscient of the cities of Daggerfall. This map is medium-sized, but fits a large number of buildings into the space it uses.
After exploring the city, the first thing I noticed was that the streets were a little.. empty. The square was fine, but throughout many of the streets I felt like calling out "Helloooooooooooo, anyone?" I'm guessing the amount of wandering NPCs had to be cut down for performance issues caused by the size and detail of the city as a whole.
Another thing I noticed right away was that most of the buildings did not have names. "Havish: Abode". "Havish: House" "Havish: Estate", and even "Havish: Building" adorns most of the houses. This did not bother me too much (once again because it is like Daggerfall), but it just doesn't seem to mesh with how the rest of the game works in that regard. Most of the houses have people in them with names, so it would be nice to be able to see, both on the map and by looking at the door, who lives where.
There are many shops in Havish, and it can be quite complicated remembering who sells what. But fortunately, JOG has used some excellent unique signposts! Take a look at these, for example. This makes getting around during your shopping easier, and in-game they blend and fit in very well.
NPCs don't all stand around the same place 24 hours a day in Havish. There are plenty who follow schedules, which is interesting both for quests, and aesthetic: It is nice seeing different patrons at inns and other establishments at different times of day. Here is an example at the moon-sugar smoke-inhalation kind of room at The House of Pleasures:

Quests
This is where the mod truly shines, for me at least. I won't give any spoilers, but suffice to say that many new types of quests, where you can do something really different to quests you've done before, are found in all of the guilds. Also, the fact that all three guilds are present means that all kinds of characters will have something to do in Havish.
A few notes: The Fighters and Mages Guilds have 8 quests each. They work as an expansion of the existing Fighter's and Mages Guilds in Morrowind.
The Thieves Guild in Havish however, is a completely different guild, seperate from the normal Thieves Guild. It has 20 quests, and you start out as a Toad no matter what your rank in Vvardenfell's guild.
Bugs/Errors/Oversights
Here's what I've noticed so far:
After Falkinblues was kind enough to consent to being interviewed, I took advantage of that to snag some info on his upcoming mods: Rafer: Sands of an Era, and Rafer: complete! I personally can't wait for these two mods to come out, and I'm sure you'll probably feel the same after reading this as well!
Q: So Falkinblues, what projects are you working on at the moment?
A: Right at the moment I am working on Rafer: Complete and Rafer: Sands of an Era. I am also working on a separate Cyrodiil, for people who do not want the new areas that are added by Rafer.
Separate Cyrodiil? That's a good idea, as it's a well known fact that you can't please everyone..
