  • Information/Guide lines

    Welcome to the SFL, this is a sim fighting league that was orginially based on the the NHB simulator and was created July of 2007. The SFL has now changed from a forum based league to an entire internet site and instead of the NHB it now uses the Ultimate Siumlator.

    1. Treat others respect, crap talking is fine and is part of the "sport" but there is always a limit and acertain time when you know you need to quit. If you have any problems with this or problems at all email one of our helpful staff members and explain to them your situation. Its not the wild west you don't have to handle all the problems your self.

    2. The SFL is going to be a fun and honest place. If you are caught or suspected to have been cheating you will be confronted and punishedpossibly even banned from the SFL. Of couse we will not jump to conclusions, innocent until proven otherwise.

    • Cheating is classified as, having more than 5 fighters (unless we get 7 weight classes), more than one name, or anything envovling cheating on points or money.

    3. The SFL will use it's cutsom rules. UFC rounds, all elbows knees soccer kicks allowed, faught in cage.

    4. SFL is on a 1 month real time = 1 year real time. No more than 4 SFL fights a year. Side events and tournaments etc. do not count towards the 4 fights.

     

         

     

    Creating a Fighter

    • When you first create you fighter you can not go over 125 total points no less than 4 in a category. Right now you can only create LW through HW. Soon though we will have FW and maybe a SHW.

    Overall

    • A fighter can never exceed 20 points in anyone category
    • Losing points: Once a fighter has defended his belt 4 times he loses one point motivation everytime after than until he reaches 8 title defenses. Which then he will gain his motivation back.
    • A fighters loses one point in strength, agilty, dodging, condtion, toughness, and K.O. resistance once the fighter hits 35 and every year there after. Until 40 then he will lose one point in everything until he ultimately retires.
    • You you max out in more than five stats you start losing stat points in those categories 

    Feather Weight

    • Weight Max 145
    • Height 5'2"- 6'0"
    • You gain an extra starting point for every inch under 5'8" (example: If your 5'2" you start with 104 points)
    • You lose a starting point for every inch over 5'8" (example: If you 6'1" you start with 94 points)

    Light Weight

    • Weight Max 155
    • Height 5'2"- 6'2"
    • You gain an extra starting point for every inch under 5'9" (example: If your 5'2" you start with 104 points)
    • You lose a starting point for every inch over 5'9" (example: If you 6'1" you start with 94 points)

    Welter Weight

    • Weight Max 170
    • Height 5'5"-6'4"
    • You gain an extra starting point for every inch under 5'10"
    • You lose a starting point for every inch over 5'11"

    Middle Weight

    • Weight Max 185
    • Height 5'8"-6'5"
    • You gain an extra starting point for ever inch under 6'0"
    • You lose a strating point for every inch over 6'1"

    Light Heavy Weight

    • Weight Max 205
    • Height 5'10"-6'6"
    • You gain an extra starting point for every inch under 6'2"
    • You lose a starting point for every inch over 6'2"

    Heavy Weight

    • Weight Max 265
    • Height 5'10"-7'0"
    • You gain an extra start point for every inch under 6'4"
    • You lose a starting point for every inch over 6'4"
    • Never go over 17 agiltity

     

     

     

    Training

    Training is done by getting a personal trainer. You can train once a week. Training is to be submitted to akumarion by midnight eastern standard time every Saturday.

    • American Boxing- +1 in Punching, Dodging, Agility, Heart, KO resistance. -1 in Takedowns
    • Muay Thai- +1 in Punching, Kicking, Clinch, Toughness. -1 Takedowns
    • College Wrestling- +1 Takedowns, Takedown Defence, Control, Ground n Pound, Aggressivness. -1 Kicking, Punching, dodging, Submission, Submission Defense.
    • Ju-Jitsu- +1 Takedowns, Submission, Submission Defense, Ground Game, Control. -1 Kicking.
    • Conditioning- +1 Heart, Conditioning, Toughness, Agility. something of your choice.-1 Punching or submission you pick.

    Personal Trainors With GYM

    Each gym will specialize in a category (see gyms) you will never lose points in that category and can gain points in that category. Depending on what your gym specilizes in.

    =Cost; Small Gym 10,000, medium small 9,500, medium 9,000, medium large 8,500, large 8,000

    • American Boxing- +1 in Punching, Dodging, Agility, Heart, KO resistance. -1 in Takedowns
    • Muay Thai- +1 in Punching, Kicking, Clinch, Toughness. -1 Takedowns
    • College Wrestling- +1 Takedowns, Takedown Defence, Ground Game, Ground n Pound. -1 Kicking,
    • Ju-Jitsu- +1 Takedowns, Submission, Submission Defense, Ground Game, Control. -1 kicking
    • Conditioning- +1 Heart, Conditioning, Toughness, Agility. something of your choice.-1 in everything else.
    • Pick em- Pick any 3 places to add a point and any 1 to lose a point.
    • Gym training- +2 in what ever they gym specializes in along with its trademark. -1 Mot. Heart.

     

     

    Teams/Gyms

    Gyms are good for a number things. It gives you a chance to really get to know a smaller a group of people really well. If your new they help you learn the site. They also make traing easier and cheaper.

    All gyms will have a specific area of training they will never lose and can go up the highest in.

    • Striking- Punching, Kicking, Clinch, K.O. Resistance, takedown defense
    • College Wrestling- Takedowns, Takedown Defence, Ground n Pound, Ground game
    • Ju-Jitsu- Submission, Submission Defense, Control, Takedowns, Ground game
    • Well Rounded- Punching, Takedown, Submission, Control

    After your gym specifies what type of gym it is it can also pick a trade mark to never lose points in. Your trademark will reflect on your training style and the personality of the people in your gym.

    • Agressiveness
    • Strength
    • Agility
    • Heart

    Once A gym has its style and trade mark it will then pick/buy a gym. Gyms start at 50,000, add 20,000 for each size level you go up. Once you purchase a gym though you can upgrade it for only $10,00 once you have had it for a month real time (1 year game time)

    • Small 2-4 people
    • Small Medium 5-6
    • Medium 7-9
    • Large Medium 10-12
    • Large 13 +

    To a join a gym the heads of the gym can charge any amount of money they please for you to join. Even a monthy due if they want.

    Events/Salary

    Each week there will be a PPV Event Monday, Fightnight Wednesday or Thursday, PPV Saturday.

    Getting a Fight

    • Starting out you will just get figh nights and work your way to the top
    • Sometimes to get the fight you want you will have to get publicity by calling people out or beating known names.
    • It also helps to contact pomotors.

    Fight Nights

    • Fight Nights Will be held every Wednesday or Thursday
    • 3-5 fights per card
    • 2 main events
    • everyone else is undercard
    • Main Event pay is $2,000 for a win and $1,000 for a loss.
    • Undercard pay is $1,500 for a win and $500 for a loss

    Pay-Per-View

    • Will be held on Mondays and Saturdays
    • 7-10 Fights per-card
    • Championship Fights 15,000 winner 8,000 loser
    • Main Events 10,000 winner 5,000 loser
    • Normal Fights 8,000 winner 2,000 loser
    • Undergo 5,000 winner 2,000 loser

    Aging and Injurys

    Aging and Injurys are a big part of MMA and will be a big part of the SFL. A fighters loses one point in strength, agilty, dodging, condtion, toughness, and K.O. resistance once the fighter hits 35 and every year there after. Until 40 then he will lose one point in everything until he ultimately retires. 

    Injury's (other than cost once you hit 35 injury compications double)

    • Broken Bone. -1 submission and submission defense. If its any area of a leg -1 kick, -1 strength. Any area of a arm -1 punch. 1 week (3 months game time) with no training or fighting. To not lose any stats $5,000 bill
    • Consecutive K.O.- Out for 1 week (3month game time) -1 in Dodging, Heart, Ground game, toughness. -2 k,o resistance. Not lose any stat $8,000 Bill.
    • Anything else will just be minor and not have any compications.
