The league was founded in July 2007. It was the off spring of the dead SFC which most of the SFL members were once apart of. The SFL started out an extremely active sim but then drastically slowed down around October then almost completely died when SimLeague (mmasimming) vanished. Luckily it was picked right back up thanks to iceman and magicman's hard work.
Now with simleague back the league is going though a revolution. Changing sites, forums, and even sim engines. The league is now ran by a collective group under the supervision of simleague. Hopefully the SFC will be where it used to be and hopfully surpass is to become the best mma sim on the internet today.

Welter Weight- Champion Nick Johnson, won title at Phoenix 2000. Zero Defense fights.
