The minor league draft for this year will be in reverse order of the regular draft. While drafting please pay attention to the salary of your team as it may not exceed 85 million or you will have to make a trade to get under the cap before the season starts because there will be NO waiver process allowed prior to the start of the season. If you draft someone that is going to start the season on the DL you must carry their salary until the season starts at which point you can put him on the DL and pick someone else up.
