Figured that since the 300cc cheat code was already out, giving the Inf. Items on Wifi code out wouldn't make a difference. The 300cc is already naughty enough. As for instructions, here is how to get the codes onto your Action replay:
Getting the codes onto your Code Manager:
1. Open up your Action Replay Code manager
2. Under 'SUBSCRIPTIONS' find the button that looks like this:
3. Put in this Url:
http://www.freewebs.com/mkdsar/MKDS.xml
Note: This subscription has the US and EU versions only. Not all US codes are on the EU version of this subscription. So please do not complain about that or it will be ignored.

Drag and drop the file that says "MKDS Codes" into the left box under "NINTENDO DS". Now boot up your Action Replay and have some fun.
Mario Kart Subscription includes codes like:

Moon Jump
