INTRODUCING

MJ has always enjoyed writing and illustrating children's books. She has many dreams and hopes for the future. Some of these projcets she will be doing for herself and others she will be collaberating with other authors. 

These are just some of the future projects that she's working on. 

"The Victory Bear Written and Illustrated By: MJ Daley-Prado

The Victory Bear is a charming and heartwarming tale that takes place in England during World War 2. John and Teddy were life long friends, buddies…two peas in a pod! From the time John was a little boy Teddy went everywhere with him. The air raid siren sounded, the family ran for shelter. When they received the “all clear” to come out of the shelter the only thing that was left in one piece there in the room from the attack was Teddy.

There in the corner of a room, all covered in dust and debris sat Teddy. Other than that he had escaped unharmed. From that day onward Teddy becomes John’s good luck charm and he takes Teddy everywhere with him. He becomes the company mascot and everyone loves Teddy. Then one fateful day something terrible happens. John goes out on another mission for the royal air force. On that mission his plane is attacked an John’s plane is about to go down. John is injured very badly. John is in a lot of pain and discomfort as he begins to go in and out of consciousness a tear drop falls onto Teddy’s head. At that time a magical moment takes place that changes the events that are about to transpire. Is Teddy real? Or Teddy just a figment of John’s imagination? Hmmm??? You decide.

There are lessons in this book not only in strength and courage as John goes out on missions to support and defend his country but also lessons for children to learn in what “friendship, courage, bravery and true love is“.

The Victory Bear is a story that makes you feel good. It will make you smile, it will make you cry. Teddy will warm even the coldest of hearts as you follow John through his triumphs and struggles in this magical tale. The Victory Bear is a story that will delight children of all ages.  It is pure magic!!

"The Adventures of Piggy Wiggie"

is a silly adventure of Piggy Wiggie; a pet guinea pig who escapes from her cage and goes on an adventure of a life time. She experiences things she's never done before like this scene here where she gets into a remote control car and gets scared because it takes off by itself. She gets herself in some pretty funny and unpredictable situations in the Adventures of Piggy Wiggie !! A story for all ages and sure to delight kids of all ages.
