The Millward Chalice
and Paten were presented to St Michael's and All Angels' Church,
Smethwick, West Midlands (then Staffordshire) in 1901.
The Chalice carries the following inscription on the base:
"Presented to St
Michael's and All Angels' Church, Smethwick by Thomas Lutwyche Millward
In Memory of his devoted wife Prudence who died 23rd December 1900"
