For those of you arriving on show day and not staying at the host hotel, let me give you the lay of the land.
The hotel sits off the road a little bit, and is behind a gas station. The hotel entrance is between the gas station and the Wendy's (it will look like you are driving into the gas station parking lot, but you're not). As you drive into the hotel parking lot, you will be facing north. There will be a block of rooms in front of you (running east and west), and the hotel lobby is around the corner to the left (west). As you walk into the hotel lobby, if you walk past the front desk and into the hallway to the right, you will find the ballroom (it will be on your left).
There are two ways you can unpack your cars. You can park up close to the lobby (either under the overhang, or in an actual parking space nearby), unpack your car, and then move your car into a parking space. Or, if you stop at that block of rooms that runs east and west when you first pull into the parking lot, at the west (left hand as you are facing the building) end of the room block, there is a covered walkway that leads you to the ballroom area. So, you can also park in a parking space at that block of rooms.

Keep in mind, there will be 39 entrants at this show, and I am just trying to avoid clogging up the front doors and lobby area.
